This is best for fair skin (I am very pale, cool toned) because it has a whitening effect and would probably not blend well with darker skin tones. I find it very similar to Mac's strobe cream. I have and use both and find strobe is slightly sheerer and has a lot less pink which I prefer. I find face blur blends easily into my skin and gives me a sheen/glow. I would say MAC strobe is more …Read more

So far...not so good! First of all I find this quite difficult to dispense as the texture is very runny and hard to control. It goes on quite thick and has a strong 'white cast' effect which would probably not be as obvious on fairer skin tones than mine. For me (NC42) it's too obvious and leaves a contrast between my face and neck line. Secondly it's got so many silicones in …Read more

The product overall is good if you don't have oily/combination skin. When you initially use the product it brightens your face (not whitish / pale). It is moisturising but it gave me breakouts especially on my forehead. I think it gives the photoshop effect and till an extent it smooths out the face.

A great value period. It’s a workhorse that can be used as a primer, a brightener and a highlighter for face and body. I apply after moisturizer and under pressed powder, or strategically over liquid foundation for a glow and mix with a bronzer or body lotion for subtle sheen. I like to pat over concealer or color corrector to even things out and find that I don’t even need a foundation after …Read more

I have been using this primer for about 4 months and I am happy with it. I see several reviewers are very bothered by the strong scent. I find the scent pleasant. I normally do not like cosmetics with any fragrance so this is unusual for me. I also don't find that the scent lingers very long. If you can't handle anything with scent, avoid this product completely. I think this is a good …Read more

I've found as I've gotten older and taken good care of my skin, I really don't want to use a lot of product on my face. It's uncomfortable and makes me itch! Having said that, I became very interested in K-Beauty and J-Beauty products when they started to become available here in the US, and after sampling lots and lots of primers from various companies, I found that I like …Read more

First thing I noticed was the scent. It’s really strong and floral, I didn’t like it at all. It dries down to a tolerable baby powder scent which is a touch better. This primer is rather runny, which I usually like and it’s a very pretty pale pink tint. It does a little bit of blurring and I like the addition of spf 33. Unfortunately this is far too greasy for my oily/combo skin. It doesn’t …Read more

It accentuated skin texture, made my none existent pores very visible. I never knew I had those!
It made my skin flakey and severely irritated. A couple of pimples appeared by the end of the day.
Terrible.
For the reference, I have normal to dry dehydrated very sensitive skin.

When I first tried it I was pretty disappointed. I went back to it after seeing it pop up again on YouTube. After trying to find products that minimize pores under foundation without any luck I tried it again. It was the first time I actually saw a difference. I think the problem before was that I was not letting it set before applying foundation. Now I let it sit until it's not tacky and …Read more
