    Decent lipliner that's only really worth it when it is on sale. The quality varies from pencil to pencil, I have one that is too creamy to use as anything but an all over lip colour, another one...

    I LOVE this lip pencil. It is so smooth and creamy and goes on like a breeze. I own colour 712 and bought it because I read it was a dupe for MAC Soar and boy am I glad I didn't spend 19 Euro or so...
