This is a very nice, very simple, gentle cleansing milk of a creamy consistency. It's great for sensitive skin since it isn't packed full of unnecessary ingredients that can cause skin irritation or clogged pores. It does exactly what you want it to do: it cleans the skin efficiently, leaving no traces of make-up. The skin is not left feeling tight after cleansing and this doesn't leave a film on the skin. It's also gentle enough to use around the eyes. I use this as a second cleanse because I prefer an oil to take off my make-up and sunscreen. But I have many times switched it up and used this as a first cleanser too because this product is perfect for that as well.

Overall the product is great value for money.

This is a great value for your money cleansing milk. It doesn't contain perfume and the composition is pretty clean. It doesn't irritate skin and it's non comodogenic. My skin is combination but although it's marketed for dry skin I just love its texture.

I like this cleansing milk, doesn't leave that dreaded oily film. I guess there's *something* left on your skin, but that's more of a moisturising 'film' than an oily one. It never clogs my pores (I have extremely clog-pron skin), let's my skin breathe and doesn't prevent moisturizer etc. from absorbing into skin. All traces of makeup are removed, even eye makeup. Though I *do* double cleanse and I don't use waterproof mascara. I use it together with the toner in the same series.

I massage it into my face for about 10 seconds, then I remove with a cotton pad soaked in toner. Repeat. Leaves my skin smooth and moisturized, and never irritated, almost feels soothing. While it's made for dry and sensitive skin, I have normal skin and don't have any problems using it. But if you previously have been using wash-off cleansers, your moisturizer will probably feel too heavy, as the cleansing milk is creamy and quite moisturizing.

Contains sodium hyaluronate (not the same as hyaluronic acid but is also moisturizing). Free from alcohol, color additives and parabens. Perfume free. (I've added the ingredients to the ingriendt list.)

Very nice on my dehydrated skin. I feel it does a good job cleaning and doesn't leave it feeling stripped. At the moment I use it mornings only, but if my night time cleanser runs out I think this will do a good job getting me eye makeup out too (combined with jojoba oil around the eyes only).

I had a terrible time over the last year using anti-ageing products that sensitised my face, so I have to be really careful what I use now. This works a treat.

This is the product which made me write the first review here. Its such an underrated one, I wish more people knew about it. Its very gentle, non-perfumed cleansing milk. It would be suitable for sensitive skin. Its such a pamper feeling to apply it and it actually MOISTURIZES my face. My face feels so soft when i wash it off. Gonna buy it again and again.

This is a really lovely cleanser that ticks all my boxes; pH balanced (I think it's 5.5?), non-drying, and fragrance free. I bought mine for £5 something, which is a great price for 200ml of product. The RRP in the UK is £8.50, but every time I've looked at this it's been around the £5 mark, though I'd happily pay full price and then some.

The packaging is one of those flip lids that you press down, like on a shampoo bottle. You've got to tip the bottle upside down to squeeze some out. I don't think it's so thick that they couldn't have put it in a pump bottle. I decanted some of mine into a Muji PET pump bottle and I find it a little easier to use like that, but the original packaging is fine. The milk is a thick creamy consistency, it feels really nice and leaves a little emollient film behind which I like, my face feels normal and comfortable afterwards.

I can't speak for its makeup removing abilities because I prefer to use an oil cleanser for that, but this is probably my new favourite second/ AM cleanse.
