I just finished the travel size bottle and I'll definitely be purchasing. I'm black and hyperpigmentation is my biggest skincare concern. I feel that my skin is looking much more even thanks to this product.

I got the WORST breakout and WORST skin in literally my WHOLE life wearing this.

I've always been acne prone, but my 10 steps skincare routine helps a lot. My skin was super sensitive, i got a lot of itch, redness, whale using many skincare and makeup if that made any sense, but i am also has this oily and acne prone skin, so many cream for sensitive skin(and many sensitive skin …

It doesn't have much of a scent; it just smells like the usual chemical exfoliant but with a slight 'aloe' scent. It has the texture of an aloe gel, and it easily spreads around my face. It doesn't burn whatsoever, although there is a slight 'warmth' which lasts for a few minutes. Evidently, the packaging is great and protects the splendid ingredients from air and …Read more

Background: oily/combination, acne prone & redness

Originally got this as a sample. Haven’t purchased full size because it’s really expensive. $128 at Sephora, yikes!!!

I used this serum as directed and by morning, my pimples were SO FLAT and small!! It was a miracle (and I don’t believe in miracles) but damn did this show me up. If you have the money to invest in this, DO …

I alternate between this and Paula's Choice AHA 8% Gel and find that they are fairly similar in terms of effectiveness and texture. Drunk Elephant Framboos can be slightly strong if new to acids and my skin can be sensitive so I only use this about twice per week. I have the 30ml size and I still have quite a lot left as I don't use it every day. It is £76 where I live so it is quite …Read more

I got a tiny size of this to try out with the Night Bright duo from Sephora, which comes with the Framboos and the marula oil. The directions say to mix them, which is weird, but okay -- I applied it at night in place of my usual lotion (Alpha Hydrox 10% glycolic, my infinity HG). As other reviewers note, the Framboos is sticky and really not moisturizing, but I suppose that's the point of …Read more

I won't give this full stars since I haven't compared this to other glycolic acid solutions.

I'm not one to splurge on expensive skincare products when there are perfectly fine alternatives that are much cheaper (The Ordinary being a notable example). But during a period of bad acne I couldn't get my hands on the Ordinary's glycolic toner, so I bought a sample …

First and foremost, I believe this brand is a bit over-hyped. Hence overpriced.
I had the opportunity to try this glycolic serum sampling it. It's a crystal clear gel type of serum, like many other glycolic gel serums. I mean the long discontinued Peter Thomas Roth Glycolic (AHA -BHA) serum came in a 50 ml bottle and retailed for 30 or 40 USD and was far better than this one. Have been …

I just finished my second full size of this product (not in a row, I've used other serums in between). I have liked other glycolic products but for some reason, this one doesn't wow me. I think it's fine and I didn't have any issues with purging or cystic acne as some other reviewers did. This serum is often compared to the Sunday Riley Good Genes, and I have to say I prefer …Read more
