After my favorite brand quit making sunless tanner i have seen stuck with St Tropez and unhappy. Firstly every single kind i get has gone off and i get a bottle of bright green slime, so i have been using the new clear purity water cause it's not green but it's not strong enough to give a tan and when iv built it up it starts going patchy and looking bad. So i saw this for $9.99 and tried it, such a shock that a $10 self tanner can get it right it's not green the guide colour disappears into your skin, and it leaves a nice dark tan. 10 out of 10. This is my new favorite i bought 4 bottles to stock up because it's that great. Why is it they can make such a perfect product but expensive brands can't? I am super pale and i use deep bronze it gives a nice dark tan not orange or fake looking it looks real and i haven't noticed any bad smell it's easy to apply just use gloves so your hand don't get stained.

This stuff is the best! I am fair skinned and use the deep dark color because I feel like it gives the best color. I use a mitt to apply because if you don’t, the bronzer is tough to get off of your palms. Jergens (lotion & foam) makes hands down the best cheap self tanners!

I have this in the light color. I'm very fair and it gives me a natural looking tan without looking orange. The foam application makes it very easy to apply and it dries pretty quickly. This has never looked streaky or spotty. The scent is very mild too compared to other self tanners I have tried. My only complaint with this is it doesn't last very long. I have to apply it every day to maintain the color. Overall a good product and I would re purchase but I am on the hunt for one that lasts longer.

Super impressed! I have olive skin and this gives me a pretty golden tan after one application. It doesn’t streak. I used latex gloves to apply. Put it on before bed and wake up a bronze momma! Bonus...very mild scent, not the best but def not the worst!

Wonderful product!! Being that I am pregnant, normal self tanners are too much for me because the smell is horrific, and any woman whose been pregnant knows how strong your sense of smell is!! But this product is amazing! Has a wonderful light pretty smell, doesn't have that dha smell like normal self tanners. Ill sit with it for an hour, rinse off and the wonderful tan is still there. I have yet to sleep with it on, it doesnt dry in 60 seconds, more like 60 minutes...but its really knows how to stain the skin and give a wonderful glow!!

Being as pale as I am, sunless tanner is quiet the necessity for me. They can get messy and expensive, and horrible accidents have happened. But this product has given me hope and taken the drama out of keeping up with my summer tan look. It was an easy $10 at the drugstore and the 6oz bottle has lasted me three months, three full body applications and multiple times on my legs. The application is easy and mess free, I use a latex glove as a tanning mitt and it goes on rather smoothly and evenly without a lot of dripping and streaking. You have to work fast, because it doesn't dry in 60 seconds like it claims, but does get a sticky and less workable texture on the skin by then. It fully dries in about a hour or so. The color is natural and believable, and fades rather evenly, if not too quickly. I usually don't reapply after three days and it is gone by then. The DHA smell is strong at the application, but fades after you shower. I leave it on over night and it develops nicely. St. Tropez is hella expensive and has more longevity, but this can hold a candle to it. If you are fair skinned and need a natural looking tan, this is a good deal.

Honestly, I really don't have many complaints about this product. I've used it twice so far, and I've really enjoyed the results I've gotten. I first used it before a lake weekend, which helped me get even darker from natural sunlight as a result. I then used it again when I got back which helped the developed tan get locked in. The packaging is nice, but make sure to apply wth either a mitt or a glove for best results. I used an old sock the first time which worked alright, but then I used a plastic glove you would use to dye your hair with which worked better. The smell of the product reminds me of drugstore hair dye. I personally don't mind it, but it doesn't linger or get worse as the day goes on which is even better. I took off a star because I got the light shade and it is a little too light for my liking and because the product remains sticky on the skin for a long time. The product doesn't exactly come off on sheets or clothes or anything, but it doesn't feel super clean and matte either. Overall, a good product and very cheap! The only other sunless tanner I have used is the Jergens natural glow lotion and I think I prefer that over the mousse, however both are good. The natural glow gives buildsble color and longer lasting results which I'm into. Overall, the mousse is a good product and very cost effective.

I LOVE this self tanner! I used it with a tanning mitt and it turned out absolutely perfect on the first try. My skin tone is naturally fair (think lightest or second lightest foundation color), but the deep bronze is perfect for me- very similar to the color of my natural tan.It has a bronzer, which makes it easy to see where you've applied it already. Claims to dry in 60 seconds, but I'd say more like 15 mins to be totally dry. The scent is mild and somewhat pleasant. It doesnt stain clothing and lasts a long time. When it does fade, it looks much more natural than a lot of other fake tanners.I will never use another self tanner!!

I have been using self tanner since my junior year of high school (I'm a senior in college now to give you an idea). Like most people who review self tanners, I've tried every brand/product under the sun (figuratively and literally: St. Tropez, St. Moritz, Clarins, L'Oreal, Banana Boat, Sun Labs, Fake Bake, Faux Tan, etc.). St. Tropez's dark mousse was my HG for a long time, but the strong scent and green tint made it hard to justify the $40 price tag. I moved onto St. Moritz, which was a great dupe for St. Tropez, but again, the smell and muddy guard color was pretty gross. I randomly picked up this mousse from Target because it was cheap and I knew Jergens was big in the self tan market for their gradual tan (which I never cared for). I don't have the patience for gradual tan, personally. I first noticed that this mousse is very easy to apply, but will stain your hands so use a mit or a large kabuki brush. The scent was VERY subtle compared to everything else I've tried on the market. The guard color was subtle too: I was noticeably tan, but not green or muddy. When I rinsed it off the next day, I was still left with a lovely, even, believable tan. My main gripe with this product is that the color only lasts a few days on me, but most self tanners do since I'm so painfully pale. This is now the only product I use for my face and body. I've experimented with it and found that I can actually apply it before going out, and it has a minimal scent and tackiness. This is a huge win for me because now I don't have to go through the process of showering twice (once at night and once in the morning) before I can go out in the product. If I have a big event, I like to apply this on two consecutive days to achieve even darker color. Overall, this product wins primarily due to the pleasant, light scent and natural color. The slight price tag and lack of stickiness is just an added bonus!

It's extremely hard for me to get a nice tan (I'm very pale, and although I don't "burn" often, it takes FOREVER for me to build up a tan), plus it's unsafe. I wanted to find a nice self-tanner, and was thinking of brands like Loving Tan, St. Tropez, etc., but couldn't justify spending that amount of money on a self tanner, especially if I run out and have to repurchase (I'm on a college budget). I tried St. Moriz (said to be a drugstore dupe for St. Tropez), and although it has really great reviews, I honestly didn't like it. I honestly thought the green undertone made me look sickly, and the tan didn't look natural on me, or give me a "glow"-- it just made me look kinda dirty. I wasn't expecting to like this product as much as I do. It only took a couple of minutes to feel dry enough that I could put my clothes back on, and the color was so BEAUTIFUL and looked like a natural tan on me. It made my skin look glowy, and was as if I had just spent a week in the Caribbean. I used the Deep Bronze, and it still looked super natural, even though I'm ridiculously pale. I highly recommend trying this, for $12, it's really not a bad price for what you're getting!
