This a pretty basic foaming gel cleanser. It did a good job of getting all the dirt and makeup off. Smells lovely - like lavender. But I started to experience some small break-outs while using this. I'm pretty sure it was mainly caused by the serum I was using at the time, but since I can't be certain I won't be re-purchasing

I have been looking for a Spring-Summer cleanser. My skin is normal to combo and sensitive with Roseaca cheek area. It can be hard finding something that cleanses without irritating my skin. I happened upon Yon-Ka while browsing BeautyHabit. I have been immediately impressed ...I started using the Gel Nettoyant (and Lait Nettoyant) about 2 weeks ago and my skin feels wonderfully normal. You …Read more

This is a very effective cleanser which works well on my sensitive skin. It removes eye-make-up quite well, too. I have a mild case of rosacea which flares occasionally and this gel is very soothing. For the most part, I use it seasonally. In winter my facialist advised me to use use the cream nettoyant instead to avoid dryness. I follow her instructions, but I do use the gel cleanser to …Read more

This is my go-to cleanser for a few years now.

Things I do like about this:
1. The packaging! The new design (with the twist cap that does not come off) is so gorgeous, durable, and prevents any leakage. This is compared to its old packaging, which lid broke apart quite easily.

2. The quantity. I don't know about others, but one 200 mL bottle of this lasts me …

It's simple & very expensive, but it works better for me than any other gel cleanser I've found. I used ABRA for years & it worked great, but as I got older, it became too drying. Everything else I've tried more recently also dried me out. But I"m 2/3 through with my first bottle of Yonka gel nettoyant, and it's never dried me out. It's not moisturizing …Read more

This is my very first review! :-)

MY SKIN: Acne-prone, oily (used to be very oily), very sensitive, dehydrated.
Since I use moisturizer, it is less oily and less acne-prone. I get my pimples mostly around my periods. And in the mean time, it is usually along the jawline, since I'm pre-menopausal.

PROS:
- Amazing smell, due to the Yon-Ka mix of essential oils …

I just started using this cleanser because the weather is warmer so my skin gets more oily. I always use a makeup wipe to remove all makeup, then use this cleanser. It only takes a pea sized amount. I apply it to dry skin, massage it all over my face and eyes. It does NOT sting the eyes at all. Feels very luxurious. Rinses clean, no film left on the skin.

It DOES remove eye makeup. However if you have three gallons of mascara you'll probably need some w-d40 and goo be gone instead. Yon-ka is one of my favorite brands of skincare. It truly is great quality. They originally started developing products for burn patients, so i like that all of their products can be used by those with sensitive skin. All their products have really good …Read more

I like this product alot, although it is a bit pricier. I have very oily skin that is at the same tie a bit sensitive. I have tried several different cleansers from Cetaphil, Neutrogena, Shiseido, Guinot, Philosophy, etc. This is my favorite so far--it keeps my breakouts to a minimum (compared to others) and is pretty gentle, smells nice and I feel fresh afterwards. Some cleansers strip off too …Read more

I really liked this at first, but after a while it seems like it stops working. When I first tried this it seemed to take off all of my makeup (no eye makeup) and leave my skin with a very soft feel, almost like moisturizer. After more use I realized that it didn't take off my eye makeup, at all. Then it just seemed drying after a while, not the soft feel it had before. Overall, I would say …Read more
