This is a surprisingly good brand for henna. It colours wonderfully, no additions in the powder and it is finely milled — there is nothing bad to say, really. The brand that has things like Amla Shikakai etc ready-made (i forgot the namr I think it is by Dabur?) is awful though the same price- it dries …

*** Sorry for the super long review! *** I was interested in trying out henna for hair strengthening, and conditioning. I wasn't really looking for colour, but didn't mind it if I ended up with some highlights under the light/sun. My hair is almost black (people usually think its black), its actually a very dark dark brown.

I purchased a different henna package from my local Asian food store, which was a huge mistake. I threw it out, but Ill try to find it online to warn others to NEVER EVER purchase it. Im pretty sure it had sand and other crap mixed in. It destroyed my hair (yes I was stupid enough to keep putting it in my hair even though It was obvious that something was very wrong).
