I tried this out in a tester and LOVED it. It's the creamiest, easiest to apply eyeliner I've ever used, and the staying power is amazing. I half expected something this creamy to smudge off really easily, but it stays forever!

I love UD's 24/7 liners and when Black Velvet was introduced I was really hoping they would release more colors in the line because I don't use black often. Thankfully UD heard my prayers!
