I agree with Jojobe's review below. I have been through two full tubes of SPF40 tinted. I started on this when my skin freaked out and it was recommended by my dermatologist. This got me back on track. If I had to pick one issue with it -- I wish it was a little creamier upon application. It can feel like you're dragging your skin to apply it. This is really just looking for …Read more

I have extremely eczema prone skin, so I'm constantly on the lookout for a product that hits the following marks:
1. Physical sunscreen only
2. No fragrance, parfum, perfume
3. No lanolin
4. No herbal extracts
5. Decent coverage
6. No white glare or overly sunscreen-y smell
8. Hold up to REAL heat/humidity (Southeast USA. 100+ degrees and 90% humidity in …

Where has this stuff been all my life. My skin has been getting less acne prone as I get older and can go without foundation but tinted moisturizers are too light. This is a tinted moisturizer but it has a good amount of color, more like a BB or CC really. I love how I have SPF and color at the same time. Perfect for that primer/ spf/ color dilemma I always have.

The color is okay as a primer. It's far too light not to cover up with something, and it makes my foundation get lighter as the day goes on. The worst thing about this cream is that it's GREASY. I shake it like crazy before I put it on, and it still separates. It's literally a blend of silicones, with nothing to dilute their concentration. except aluminum oxide and sunscreens …Read more

Natural-Tinted version: much darker and more brown than my go to Missha Perfect BB Bright Beige. Slightly stiff in texture and hard to rub in.

I’ve received a packet of samples from Ulta and between them was a few the CoTZ sunscreens (Sensitive, Natural Skin & Flawless Complexion). I’ve trying the Titanium Dioxide sunscreens, and they are great but they give me a white cast, that no matter how much you rub it won’t go away.
What I liked about this product was that it did not leave my skin feeling greasy, or shiny, and no funky …

I bought this product - CoTZ SPF 40 for "natural" skin-tone - at Ulta some days ago. I chose this one over their "Lighter" skin-tone version because I do like a bit of tint to even out my skin tone and act as a light foundation. Unfortunately, the color is MUCH too dark & orange on my skin. My skin is very light but with a yellow undertone, I have large pores with …Read more

I'm rating this a 5 because it's not the products fault I wear makeup. This is what's up...I fell in love with this sunscreen after trying a few samples of the entire range. It evens out my skin tone, has an SPF 40, broad spectrum, and it's a physical sunscreen. It has a mousse-primer-like consistency. Not like lotion at all, which I'm sure a lot of us are used to, and it …Read more

I love this sunscreen. It gives a nice blur and is great as a primer. My favorite is to mix with Cover fx custom cover drops. It has a mouse consistency like the Tarte amazonion clay foundation. It has a matte finish which is great for my combo oily skin.

I absolutely love this! As the other reviewers have stated, I also received this as a sample from Ulta and immediately bought a full tube. This does look dark when you squeeze it out of the tube, but once you put it on it just melds right onto your skin. I have Irish skin, but I usually go with the second, third, and occasionally fourth lightest color in any foundation range. I don't …Read more
