Excellent balm for removing even the most stubborn waterproof mascara.
Leaves my oily skin feeling soft and supple. Not quite as good as Clinique but a lot cheaper.

I have dry skin so I'm always up for cleansers that won't strip my face and make it parched. I have been using cleansing oil for a while, but they are getting harder to find in drugstores. I will note that almost every oil cleanser I have tried has been heavily fragranced. While this cleansing balm does have a definite floral fragrance, it's not as overwhelming as other …Read more

Absolutely beautiful cleansing balm. I am really into removing my makeup and cleansing my skin properly lately. This is so soothing, with a beautiful light floral scent that smells like something my mother would use but not in a bad way. I have oily skin but before bed I like to use things that moisturize no matter what. This is heavenly. It emulsified any impurities on my skin and I wiped them …Read more

Bought as a part of an entire cleansing set. It included an electric brush, the cleansing balm, makeup remover and moisturizing mask.

All of it was laden with purfume! I enjoy the scent, but it irritated my sensitive skin badly. Removed the makeup well, but left an unpleasant greasy film on my face that I thought was a little excessive, considering the entire set of products had the …

I was wanting a more oil type balm and this is more of a lotion. It has the consistency of regular face lotion. And I did my face half with this and half with regular lotion and it only preformed slightly better. Olive or hemp oil work better imo.

I had to apply and completely rinse With a washcloth and then do it all again to get off all my makeup. And I still got makeup when using …

I really like this! I can just rub some on my eyeliblds and my makeup melts away! It's a cleansing balm so it is expected to leave residue (thus why you double cleanse and/or tone) but the texture is a bit more cream like than other cleansing balms. No complaints about the scent but is definitely similar Ponds cold cream. My only real problem with this is the amount you have to use to cover …Read more

Wanted to try a cream cleanser to remove makeup without overdrying my mature skin (combination rapidly transitioning to dry). I was not impressed. It's a thick lotion in a tube that you apply and wash off or rinse with water. Using a second cleanser to remove the cleansing balm seemed like a waste of time and product, and it overdried my skin. Rinsing with plain water didn't remove …Read more

Writing mostly because I'm surprised at the negative reviews. This is my favorite cream cleanser so far.

I got this after realizing that I always had to use two rounds of a foaming cleanser to remove all makeup, which would leave my skin irritated. Now I use this first, and follow up with a regular mild foaming cleanser to remove any traces of this cleanser and oil. This dissolves …

This is more of a cleansing lotion, than a balm. It has a light floral scent. I did find it to be an effective cleanser at removing my sunscreen and foundation. Did not dry or irritate my skin. I followed up with my regular cleanser to remove any residue. Contains parabens.

I don't hate this product, but I don't really see the point of it either. As other mentioned, it doesn't really take off any makeup for me, even it I use the hot washcloth method(rub balm onto face and hold a warm/hot washcloth to face for a few seconds and then rinse off face).

This product comes in a white tube and has a thick lotion consistency. I picked it up …
