This body wash smells nothing like oatmeal, it smells more like citrus. A weird citrus smell that I don't like. It is not moisturizing or soothing. If you want a wash that has a soft comforting smell try St. Ives oatmeal and shea wash instead.

I bought this as a body wash to keep in my SO shower.

Nice, neutral inoffensive scent along the lines of "warm" just a little bit sweet but not enough to think "sugar". Just a hint of scent which is great for a type of body-wash geared to nourish(oatmeal/shea formula) more than perfume yourself with. I did not pick up on any orange notes to the body wash.

This is a gel type body wash which looks to be infused with moisturizer based on its cream color.

This is the first Tone bodywash I've tried in a really long time and I have to say I'm pretty impressed. The formula is quite nice: it's cleansing without being overly drying and lathers well. Despite the fact that it has shea butter, it's not a creamy/oily formula and leaves no residue. What makes the a 5 lipstick product for me is the scent. It's a wonderful mellow orange/vanilla fragrance totally different from the typical bright and tangy citrus or over sugared vanillas you normally get in the drugstore. It's mild and not too sweet or heavy-- just a gentle blend of soft orange and warm vanilla which lingers very lightly on the skin. If you like orange/vanilla scents, give this try. It's fantastic.
