    No strong scent and no sticky residue. But I hate the packaging..pump style on a toner makes a mess...and it was not hydrating for me... dried my skin out of I used too much

    It leaves the skin feeling oily. And it smells. Like Johnson & Johnson's baby oil. The smell was so strong I couldn't bear it after half an hour I had to wash my face off with Cetaphil....
