This is the BEST liquid lipstick I have ever tried. I encourage you, right now, to never look at another lipstick formula again. It goes on so smoothly, it's such a buttery formula. It doesn't dry out my lips at all, I can't tell the difference between when I'm wearing it or not, sensation-wise. It "fades" gracefully, as in, this colour will still be on your lips, but no patchiness. I use the term "fade" lightly, I can wear this at the beginning of an 8 hour shift, have two breaks where I'm eating, and still have to micellar-water it off by the end of the night. It removes so easy, no rubbing. The shade range includes every colour you would ever need. Sure, they might not carry trendy colour, like black or blue, but for your staple lipstick collection, this is the product. They are completely worth the money, I have an urge to throw out all my lipsticks and be left with a handful of these to make my life easier.

I received the shade Perla as a free sample recently, and I have been wearing this lipstick quite a bit ever since I got it. I have never bought Stila before, so I wasn't sure what to expect, although I have heard good things.

This is probably the best liquid lipstick I've ever used in my life. SERIOUSLY. It goes on quickly, dries fast, doesn't dry out my lips, and stays on point through pretty much all my oral activities...except for eating greasy food or brushing my teeth. Yeah, I accidentally applied this lipstick one morning before I had brushed my teeth and it came off quite a bit, so I had to re-apply over top of it and it was a bit thick after that. Won't make that mistake again.

The only thing is...the price. I have looked this up online through various sites and I can't find it any cheaper than $24. As much as I love it, I just can't justify paying that much for ANYTHING that I put on my lips...not when there are so many cheaper, drug-store liquid lipsticks out there that are probably just as efficient. Also, you can't use Ulta coupons on this. WTF, Ulta??

Anyway, it doesn't smell too strong, it doesn't taste bad, and I think this particular shade will look flattering on most people. On me, it's a dusty rose/nude/almost brown shade. Very natural and pretty. I wore it on a job interview with some nude eyeshadow recently and didn't feel as though it was too over-the-top.

I probably won't buy this again unless I can find it just a wee bit cheaper, though. I have never spent more than $10 on lipstick in my life and I don't intend to start now. Hopefully I can get people to give this to me for my birthday and Christmas so I won't have to buy it myself.

I belong to the generation that tolerated lipstick smearing all over our lips and faces until a better product was invented. I am extremely happy that they've finally invented a lipstick that stays on all day. Stila All Day Liquid Lipstick is really a lip cover, not a stain. It gives complete, opaque coverage. I chose the color "Fiore," a shocking pink color which really provides a dramatic effect. It has a wonderful, matte finish -- that's great, because I don't like frosted lipsticks at my age. It's bargain even at $22 because it takes such a small amount to do the job. I don't use the wand to spread it, or it applies too much. I just dab the wand on my lips and spread the lipstick with my finger. You have to be careful because it truly sticks where you put it! I find that jojoba oil is effective for removing it. The finish is a little dry, but you can put a little clear gloss over it for moisture. What an improvement from all the smeary lipstick I put up with my whole life. Thanks, Stila, for a great product.

This liquid lipsticks have the best formula out there! I have high end and drugstore liquid lipsticks and this one in caramello (full size)it's by far my favorite! The formula it's very creamy and not streaky at all it dries quickly and you don't feel like you are wearing anything! and it smells so good it last like 6 hours or more if you don't eat oily food and the thing that I love the most about this lipstick is that it fades really well, not patchy or in the center of the lips.
Caramello is a beautiful neutral nude color and I use it all the time! I can't wait to try more!

I'm just going to put it out there that this liquid lipstick range is the best in the market and I will tell you why. I do own a ton of lipsticks in a variety of formulation, style and finish but this will always be my HG. I hardly use the word Holly Grail because I find that at some point some products will not work for me even it has been great in the past and that goes for any products that I have tried and own. For me the word HG is for products that I can depend on, no matter what circumstances it is and it will never, ever and I mean ever let me down.

I do own a couple by that I mean almost half of the shades in this collection. I think they have almost 30 shades.

For reference, I am Light to Medium skin tone and I am an NC30-NC35. My preference of shades are always on the nude side of the spectrum but I do own and wear a lot of variety depending on the occasion.

*Shade List*
Firenze - Warm/Deep Dusty Rose
Patina - Nude Dusty Rose (My all time favourite)
Bacca - Berry (this is something that I would wear during summer only). It is very vibrant
Baci - Nude Pink (the perfect nude pink)
Bellissima - Pale Pink (my least favourite colour, it makes me look wash out)
Ricco - Deep Brownish Red - Good when I am feeling the vampy vibe. Great for night out!
Aria - Purple Plum (I am not really sure how else to describe it). Personal Preference. This is too plum for my liking
Beso - Beautiful Red. The undertone in this shade is just the perfect balance. When I wear this, it brighten up not only my teeth but my face as well.
Dolce - Nude Brown (love this one as it got a sheen finish to it) I use it as a topper than wearing it alone.
Fiery - Dark Red - Sexy (One of my Fav as well)
Perla - Rosey+Pinkish Nude. This suites me way better than Bellissima.
Rubino - Deep Red more have brown undertone that Fiery. Darker too.
Biscotti - Taupe Brown. I prefer this shade over Dolce to wear alone.

Here are the Pros -
*Very opaque. One swipe if you will
*Light weight that it doesn't feel like you are wearing anything on
*Doesn't dry down to Matte for me but that's what I like. It dries down and it does so very quickly.
*It doesn't suck moisture out of my lips
*When they say all day. They mean business. Through breakfast, lunch and dinner (well don't really care much for dinner because I am about to take my make up off during weekdays by the time we get to this point.
*Very creamy to apply. It does not go in streaky.
*Doesn't bleed in the corner of my mouth or anywhere else for that matter. (I don't wear lip liners. My lips are huge enough as it is) lol
*It doesn't feather and most importantly it doesn't transfer so kiss away!
*It doesn't stain
*Easy to remove with wipes or oil
Honestly what else could you want except probably more shades. Come on Stila give us some more new shades :)

Cons -
The only gripe that I have with this is, a couple of occasions I have to reapply, well let's say, it's best to have a wipes handy and wipe it all off and apply again. For some reason if I go in and just re-apply on top it becomes to drying and I can see lines and chops on my lips. It doesn't layer on nicely on top if you already have it on. My personal experience of course. Other than that, nothing else to say about this mother of all liquid lipstick.

This retails for $35.00AUD each. Yeah I know! But it is worth every single penny. I have tried so many brands but this is my Hollier than Holly Grail.

By far the best liquid lipstick I have. The shade I have is Bacca. I love the easy application and it doesn't dry down too matte. Not sticky/tacky, of course you'll need to exfoloiate your lips. But on days that I have a slight dry lips this liquid lipstick still works wonderfully as it's still moisturising.
Besides that, even when you had an oily meal or noodle soup the colour stays. Reapplication wise a thin layer goes a long way and it doesn't cause patchiness or looks like you add extra layer to your lips. Price point, yes it's expensive but for the quality of it I won't mind.
