I use this kind of as a setting powder over my Clinique Beyond Perfecting foundation and I love it. My skin is dry and dull now that I'm 2 years away from 50 and this gives my skin a nice little "sheen" without making me look like a disco ball. This is definitely HG status for me.

I just recently bought this after seeing good reviews for it- especially from women in my age group. Some of us know, and some of us will find out... that unfortunately, after a certain age... highlighters can become the "enemy." I used to use MAC mineralized skinfinishes-- until I couldn't any more. It broke my heart to have to throw out my collection; but they were too …Read more

let me start with the fact that this highlighter has a really nice glowy sheen to it without sparkle or glitter, which is just what i've been looking for. a little can be used for a subtle effect or you can build it up to make a supermodel-esque highlight. i had purchased this on the ulta website and when i received it i opened it to find that it was a lot darker than the pictures on the …Read more

I must say that this beats out my beloved Hourglass Illuminating Powder in Luminous Light. This one is far better. Its more finely milled than Hourglass and even though its more lighter in color than the former it definitely gives more of a dewy glow than a glitter glow. If I get too heavy handed with HG it is hard to blend out while with IT I have more room for mistakes that won't take work …Read more

I bought this but never really used it. I bought it with the Bye Bye redness cream which I just love. I decided to use it after I watched a tutorial youtube vid about highlighting powders. I applied it with a fluffy brush sparingly across my cheeks and forehead after my regular makeup routine. Looked in the mirror and thought I looked pretty good but I'm in my 50's and my eyesight up …Read more

I liked this stuff originally. It starts as a nice pretty healthy glow but the truth is that it cakes terribly. In the hotter temps it cakes and gets patchy. I'm actually using it as an eyeshadow right now, because I paid way too much so I'm not tossing it.

Best illuminating powder I've ever used, bar none. It's buildable so I can use it lightly for daytime (when I used to use MAC Soft and Gentle), or brush on more gleam for night (when I used to use NARS Albatross). The color reminds me of "nude" pantyhose--not golden so much as light tan. The powder is so finely milled that it creates a "dewy" appearance. It's …Read more

This is awesome. VERY similar to the Lorac Perfectly Lit luminizers. This is a peachy champagne shade. Offers a tiny bit of coverage. Looks luminous but not at all sparkly or glittery.
