This is the nicest white nail polish I've ever tried. It's not perfect, it takes a little bit of work to get a nice finish, but that seems to just be the nature of white polishes. The top of my bottle does leak a bit unfortunately. Obviously don't be me - don't store your polishes jumbled in a box on their sides.

This is an opaque, warm-toned white, which I used for a French manicure. According to several nail blogs, Salon Perfect is manufactured by the China Glaze folks and distributed exclusively through Wal-Mart.

Took two coats to get the effect I wanted, but it's not too streaky. I used it over Essie First Base, then Essie Mademoiselle for the pink, Poshe top coat.

After 1 day, the wear is fine. The consistency is good, brush about the same as China Glaze. It is NOT 3-free, has a typical nail polish smell. White polishes are always tricky, but this is the best I've tried so far.

The cost was $4.09, not too bad, but would be a better buy at $3.50 or so.
