I bought this brush by I had been admiring a different brush and meant to purchase that one but picked up this large powder brush in error and as the head was wrapped I didn't realize my mistake until I got home. Initially I was going to return it but I kept picking it and running my hand against the super dense velvety soft bristles. The feel of it made me fall in love so I just kept it. So soft and luxurious. I didn't rate it at 5 lippies only because of it's limited usage. I use it to apply my loose setting powder but I can't think of anything else I would use it for because its so large. Most of my other brushes are multi-tasking so while it's a lovely brush if I ever damaged or lost it I would probably not repurchase.

Absolutely love this huge brush. It's gorgeous to look at, comfortable to use, and gives great results. I use it for my setting powder, it makes the process go so quickly and flawlessly. It really presses and seals your powder over your foundation, locking it for the day. Can also be used to buff the cheeks after contouring & blush. Do you need such a huge brush to do the job? No, so it is a luxury. I believe it gives the best results for the price (compared to Hakuhodo buffing brushes, which are the best quality and are much more pricey - the results I get from this brush are right up there with my Hakuhodo brushes.). It's a must have for me.

Another fantastic Sephora Pro brush. This has a big, extremely dense but luxuriously soft brush head. I purchased this to apply Laura Mercier loose mineral powder foundation with good coverage and it works perfectly for that purpose. But I have gone back to liquid foundation so I thought I might have wasted my money on this brush, but it has other uses as well. It works really well to blend contour, blusher, and highlighter. I also like to use it to tap all over my face after applying finishing powder with another brush - it works similar to using a powder puff to press powder into your foundation. It can be a bit of pain to clean because it is so incredibly dense, and for that same reason it takes awhile to dry, but it shapes easily when wet and never looses bristles. I would buy it again, especially if I return to powder foundation.

I had been debating on buying this brush for months, but the hefty price tag ($46 USD or $55 CAD) kept me from springing for it. Long story short, I finally decided to buy it and I am glad that I did!

Even though this brush is made of 100% synthetic fibers (VERY soft ones, at that), it applies and blends face powder better than any of my natural hair brushes. Also, since the hairs do happen to be synthetic, this can also be used for liquid products. I have yet to try this, but it would probably blend liquid or creme foundations nicely.

This brush is dome shaped and VERY densely packed, making it pick up a ton of product and buff it into the face with ease. I literally only have to tap this in my compact once and I get enough product for my entire face on the brush. I find that this brush works especially well with mineral powders, since it buffs so nicely. This brush has also helped me to achieve full coverage, where most powder brushes have failed.

I haven't had this brush for very long, but it seems to be quite sturdy. The wooden handle fits easily in my hand, and it has not shed yet. I will update if this starts to shed or fall apart over time, but as of now, no complaints. This brush feels so soft and luxurious on my face. Applying powder is a dream!

Finally, this brush is really nice for blending away harsh blush/contour/highlight lines. One day I applied a little too much bronzer and was amazed at how easily this faded and softened it up, making for a much more natural look.

Overall awesome brush!
