I am a huge Chanel fan and like most of their products, but not this one. Maybe it's because I use the "sourcil the Chanel" eyebrow powder wich is fabulous! However, I realy can't find a way to use this eyebrow pencil and create a natural looking result. I think it's to soft, to powdery and just the wrong color for me (blond clair).

You truthfully pay for quality! I purchased the Soft-brown Eyebrow pencil and it is wonderful. The brush wand really helps with defining and smoothing out the brow. Definately at great buy!

This is a lovely brow pencil - very soft, easy to apply and looks natural. I purchased 'blond/clair' and when blended with the angled brush on the end of the applicator I think it looks really natural on my otherwise non-existent blonde eyebrows! Very happy with this buy!

I got this in black and I absolutely love it! The price is a little steep, considering it’s just an eyebrow pencil… but it really is worth it. I’ll definitely be repurchasing this. It gives my eyebrows that really “sharp” kinda look. Thank you Chanel, for another stellar product :D

Great colors, nice texture, difficult to sharpen, very expensive (considering the point breaks off so easily) = worth repurchasing. I fear it might be discontinued.

GOREGOUS pencil. Originally got it in brun, but then switched to blonde clair which is much more natural for me. Don't know how the SA talked me into it! The pencil itself gives a lovely colour to my brows and really defines them. Finally!

I have this in 'Brun' and it is quite ridiculously red! I never wear it and discovered a long time ago that brow powder is a million times better than pencil (I use Stila brow set in dark) It might suit people with auburn hair, but I have dark brown hair and pale skin and it is completely the wrong colour for me. On top of this I think it is too thick and waxy to apply. Very difficult to get fine strokes with this and the brush just spreads it all out and makes it look worse! I am not at all impressed and don't understand the great reviews for this. Not worth the money.

One of the best brow pencils on the market. Throughout the years I had several hair colours so I bought all the colours to match my hair and their quality is great. Easy to use, not too soft and good colour matches. I used to combine them with Chanel's "Perfect brows" brow shaping powders for best results. I would buy them again and again, they are really great (although I have crazy pink hair now so don't know when I would buy the next one).

I have this eyebrow pencil in Blond Clair - it is just fabulous! I must say straightaway that there appears to be some discrepancy between colours in the UK and the USA. I'm in the UK, and my Blond Clair sounds from other descriptions to be the same as the US Blond Cendre. It is taupey in colour, not in the least reddish toned, and suits my cool medium toned eyebrows perfectly. The Chanel SA was so helpful and actually tried this one and the Brun on my fairly dark brows to see which one was better, and the Blond Clair was far more natural looking. It appears quite pale in the pencil, but somehow goes on slighly darker (on me at least!) I love this because it gives a very natural looking brow, the colour is perfect and it's very easy to apply. It also has a very convenient sharpener included in the packaging. Great Chanel quality. Worth every penny!

I am reviewing this pencil in brun. I was talked into this by the SA and I have been going to everything but it for months now. Everytime I use it, I feel like I have two furry caterpillars crawling across my face. I can't get a nice sharp line, it is too brown, too red and too dark. It is very very powdery and so goes on way too easy, like shadow pencil. When I spend 10 minutes to get it right then highlight all the red areas where I rubbed it off, I do get compliments. But I don't always have 10 or 15 minutes in the morning to put on brows, and if I do, with this pencil, I better have it in my purse for touch ups. Once I am through with it, I am through with it. I used to love the blond one, that I should've repurchased instead of this.
