Flower Beauty has for the most part, been a flop for me. A lot of the products have been nothing more than excellently packaged. I was disappointed with her lip glosses, the setting powder, the tinted moisturizer, and a few other products I tried from Drew Barrymore's line. This lipstick however is the one gem I've found. The pigmentation, hydration (I have chronic dry lips..) and lasting power are phenomenal. I would compare it to a few higher end lipsticks. Morning Glory in particular is a shade I do not see enough in drugstore lines. I am extremely pale. This pulls off that very pale pinky nude color that most tan people have when wearing MAC's creme cup or YSL Nude Beige for reference. Most pinky nude lippies are either way too dark on my coloring, or have that nasty white undertone. This has neither. It doesn't look chalky on me and I think that's due to the prominent warm undertones in it. But if you're tan, I'm willing to bet this shade is too light for you. I won't be reaching for it when I have a spray tan. However when I'm in my natural, pasty state... I love it.

SHADE DESCRIPTION: pale, baby pinkPROS- pigmented- long wearingCONS- scent- dryingCOMMENTS: This applies very well for the type of shade that it is. It's a pale pink that doesn't apply streaky or sheer. It's very pigmented and actually wears well. I can get away with simply dabbing it on and get great coverage. The only thing I don't like about these lipsticks is the scent, but I can't smell it once on the lips. Will repurchase.

Beautiful formula, beautiful color, and for a fraction of department-store brands! It is a very light nude-y pink. I was a bit scared that it would make me look washed out, but after I tried it, the color goes on smooth and this color and formula actual does make my lips more plump. Also, the formula is very comfortable and moisturizing. This line seems that it would be much more suitable than the lipsticks that are in the white case (the velvet matte version). I am a sucker for the packaging. Although the design is very nice, I don't get why they decided to go with black casing when everything else in the line is white and rose gold? And I think the white is so pretty and really stands out. The packaging is very sturdy and I do like it (I wish it was white and gold and not black and gold so it matches the whole line!) I highly recommend this color and formulation if you are looking for that nude lip look. I definitely will pair this with my stronger eye makeup.

Light, pinky nude. Packaging is on the bulky side. Very nice everyday color, especially with a light gloss overtop.

This lipstick is kind of a nude, light pink & it's good for everyday use. It kind of blends in a little too much with my foundation, so I have to use it very lightly. Another thing I noticed that is a bit of a turn off, is that this lipstick turns chalky & gritty & comes off very easily. Overall, I like the color, but I don't know if I would buy this again.

An easy going nude pink just like Revlon's Primrose but a bit more muted. My go to nude, goes on thick, soft and pigmented. Perfect for everyday!! LOVE!!
