So in love with this color. A warm brown with sparkle. I had a little fallout but not too much. Work in a doctors office and it was not overboard just really pretty. The color is a light warm brown with silver sparkle got tons of compliments. Not sure why some say it is too much for everyday wear but I just loved it and all my friends said it was perfect. I like to just put a bit on with my finger and like magic it is perfect!!!If it were darker then i would only wear it going out but really it is just a light brown with some spark too it. Maybe I just put it on with a lighter hand or maybe the sparkle shows up more on different skin tones. In love with this!!!!!!!

When I saw this in the store I was not impressed with it at first glance. I swatched it and thought mehhh too much glitter and moved on. the SA had this gorgeous chocolaty shimmery look on her eyes that really made her green eyes stand out. I told her that I needed whatever she as wearing because her eyes were stunning. she showed it to me and I laughed and told her that I had looked at it and dismissed it which she said a lot of people do the same thing. I wear a sheer wash of it for a subtle but pretty look that shimmers but isn't tacky or over the top. for a night look with some black liquid liner and some false lashes... hellllllo gorgeous! it has no red tones in it whatsoever but it still accents my green eyes and looks great on my sister who has brown eyes. I had no issue with glittery fallout from this and I have applied it with a brush and with my fingers when im in a hurry and it looks great regardless. im so glad I gave this a second look!

So I read lousy reviews about this on other sites, THEN the girl at the MAC store tried to steer me away from this beuatiful pot of loveliness. But I perservered. I bought it. I was warned of fall-out and all this jazz. I never got SO many compliments in my LIFE!! This is a sheer cocoa-brown that blends so easy for a glittery pigment. It's buildable so you can make it darker very easily. The shimmer effect is stunning. I wore it to work and I'm an ER nurse (note: you can make it subtle). If I'm not at work I wear more of it for traffic stopping eyes. Google it and look under images, its just stunning!! Oh and did glitter fall all over my face all day like the amazon reviews said? NO!!
PS. I don't eve use primers or glitter-glue!

I havent't written a review for a while now and this product prompted me to write one.

This is my HG brown <3. But only because I like glitter.
Darker colours which are matte tend to make me look like I got punched in the eye.

This is the perfect sunkissed brown which flashes glitter particles that are large enough to catch the eye, but small enough to be sophiaticated. The nature of the product also makes the brown not opaque enough to be overpowering, so the colour does not dominate the eye, but enhances it as an eyeshasow should. LOVE!

I really hope the previous poster was right when they said it wasn't LE. I was told by the SA this was :(

Pressed Pigments are permanent. They were recently released for the MAC Spring 2013 collection.
Deeply Dashing is a glittery warm chocolate brown with a frosty pearl finish. Great to use for a bronze-y golden smokey eye! I used it with UD Half Baked and deepened the edges with MAC Carbon--fantastic!
All the shades are gorgeous and very pigmented. However, if you aren't a fan of glitter, then these aren't for you, because they have loads of glitter! I love using these when I want a super fun, deliciously sparkly look--they're my go-to for a night out or special occasion.
There is glitter fall-out, but to minimize fall-out you MUST use some kind of base or primer--UDPP works alright, but I recommend you use something that's more tacky, like the MAC Water-Based Mixing Medium or maybe even Paint Pots.
I also recommend you use a short, dense brush to apply it (like the MAC 215), but honestly I find that using my fingers is best. You get much less fall-out that way, since your fingers pick up more of the actual pigment than the glitter.
It costs $21 for 0.1 oz (3 g).
Would I repurchase? Yes.
