I had heard mixed reviews about Illamasqua eyeshadow, most were they are chalky, sheer and have fallout. I figured this was a safe, neutral color. Well, was I wrong. In the pan this appears very matte, chamois/ivory...boring. On my PPP eyelid this is simply magnificent. I would describe this as opaque, creamy, matte, pale parchment peach with a hint of warmth. Any veins are immediately neutralized any crepe is smoothed. My blue eyes are enhanced in the most subtle manner as this color and formula manifest youthfulness. I wear this from lash line to just below my brow add a cat wing and luminously highlight my brow. This is a staple color in my arsenal. I'm not keen about the compact or the price but thanks to Hautelook I got a bargain. I intend to by more colors.

UPDATE 2014-04-12:
I just pulled this out after not using it for a while. Holy crap this is pigmented!

This is a matte, nude eyeshadow. Illamasqua describes the shade as "pale eggshell". The shade matches a NC15 almost exactly, and would look awesome on NC15-NC25.

I love this as a base for other matte, neutral eyeshadows. I, and many others, find matte eyeshadows hard to blend sometimes - my advice is to use a shadow like this as a base because the other shadows will blend much easier. My favourite combination is this as a base, MAC Omega in the crease and MAC Espresso in the outer V.

This is soft and blendable, very pigmented and not at all powdery.

The size is 2 g (0.07 oz) for 25 dollars, that is 12 dollars per gram. MAC eyeshadows are 15 dollars for 1.5 g (0.05 oz), which is about 10 dollars per gram, so Illamasqua's eyeshadows are rather expensive but they have some of the very best matte eyeshadows. MAC eyeshadows are also very good but not all their mattes are great.
