Beautiful blue polish with a shimmer and it's gorgeous in the bottle. Too watery though and after 4 coats it still didn't look like the bottle color. The pigment is weak in this and it is better suited for a topper rather than a full on colored polish. It's a shame because I love the icy blue color and how pretty this is in the bottle. It took me several tries and a couple of years to finally let this one go as it simply doesn't have a place in my collection. I'm not keeping a polish because it's "pretty" if I can't enjoy wearing it. If you see this one, pass on by and save your $. Sally Hansen makes fabulous polish and I have never had a dud from them before, but this one is a loser. I guess they figured it out too since I haven't seen this sold any longer.

Now obsessed with blue polish, I snatched this $2 gem up at Dollar General for it's unique med deep level blue in a pearl finish.

It is a thin formula and first coat is super sheer. This is a pro for fans of the versatile- you could easily make a topcoat of it to subtly morph another color below, or just 1-2 coats for a conservative look. The color builds so that by coat 3 you are almost totally opaque, but the product is not so dense that it can just peel or scrape easily off after it's dry. It is also very workable when wet, not getting gouged or streaked by the brush while you are applying.

Looks like a pretty blue in the bottle, but you have to apply at least 3 coats to get any color....you'd probably need 4 to get the color in the bottle. Very watery and thin. Will not repurchase.
