    Its ok i didn't experiance smudging, or anything like that, on the upper lash line i set it with a black eye shadow, I haven't had problems like other's have i thought this was a good eyeliner.

    I've never had an eyeliner smudge without me even touching my eyes before. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. I prefer Cover Girl Outlast Smoothwear Liner so much better.
