Since I have very oily skin, but still feel the need to add a little "moisture" to my eye area, I prefer an eye gel to a heavier cream, and this gel seems pretty close to ideal, for me.

Puriste Collagen Eye Gel comes in a small squeeze tube. It's a bit awkward for me, since I have full use of only one hand, but that's not a big deal.

The gel itself is clear, odorless, lightweight, non-greasy, and is absorbed into the skin quickly, leaving my under-eye area feeling and looking smooth, refreshed, and well-hydrated. Perhaps best of all, it does not cause breakouts or clogged pores; I have to watch out for that, with any type of moisturizing product.

The only possible drawback to this product is its price, which is $56.00 for a 15 ml. tube. It's worth budgeting for, though, and I'll most likely buy it again.

This gel is very good quality. The skin under my eyes is very thin and very dry. Usually, gels are not hydrating enough and I have to put cream on top. That does not help concealer stay for very long. And if I use only a gel, my skin gets dry very quickly.

This gel ends all that. It's very hydrating. My concealer goes on beautifully over this w/o separating and looking oily. Eyeliner stays on and does not smudge, and my skin does not get dry and look creppy and lined.

The only problem is that for me is the price. However, I said I would re-purchase it. This brand is not cheap, but when you consider the absurdly high prices that most European companies (Dior, Lancome, Chanel, etc.) ask for their products, these days - and that you are paying mostly for the name, rather than the product performance - Ujene prices are much more reasonable. I would recommend this.

I've been applying the gel twice a day - morning and evening - for a few weeks now and the results are already visible. The gel formula feels so nice and cooling on application, so I instantly feel more awake and the coolness tones down any puffiness in an instant.

After five or six days I began to see a reduction in the dark circles under my eyes. They havenít totally disappeared, but I rarely bother with concealer under my eyes; the circles have been reduced so much.

Now for the big one: after only a week or so the reduction in my under and outer corner eye lines. After a month they've been greatly reduced. I won't lie and say they've vanished, BUT I do have to hold a mirror right up to my head to see any lines.

I am very pleased with the results, so feel that I can't complain about the price in comparison to these noticeable results. But I'll have to be strict and remove a lippie for the price.
