I'm so impressed with this eyeliner! Spectrum is a charcoal color loaded with super pretty multicolored micro glitter. I love that it's not as stark and doesn't show mistakes as easily as straight up black. It's perfect for tossing on quickly in the morning. The formula lasts all day with zero smudging. I found this gem at Nordstrom Rack for $6 and snatched it up in 4 different colors: Spectrum, Rock Candy, Curaçao, and Royal. I didn't buy Bora Bora and Electric because I've read that they leave behind a stain. I didn't buy Starry either because it's very similar to Spectrum, except it's not as pigmented and it's also less sparkly.
There are two things I don't like about this eyeliner. 1) It can gunk up on your lashes if you're not careful when applying. When that happens, I pile on the mascara to try to cover it up. This method works moderately well at best. 2) It's kind of a pain to remove. It comes off in clumps and it's hard to get every last bit. I usually use an oil cleanser followed by bioderma on a cotton pad.

This is just lovely. I could go on and on about how much I like the Sparkle liners in general: the colors, the long-wear, the sparkle... all very impressive. I'm not usually a Stila fan but they've done something very right with the Sparkle liners. Spectrum is a nice new addition to the line.

Spectrum is what I'd consider a party e/l--a little too much fun for work, but great on a Saturday night. It has a black base with multi-colored shimmer, so it's basic enough that it could jazz up a neutral eye and funky enough to work with more colorful e/s.

These liners seem like they're tattooed on until you remove them. I wore Spectrum to a charity pie-throwing contest yesterday and after 18 hours, two showers and multiple pies in the face (I kid you not) this stuff was still not only on my lid, but keeping me looking semi-put together (as much as possible at least). It was easy to remove with my trusty Clinique Take the Day Off.

This is lots of fun to wear and you can't beat its long-wearability. If you're planning to participate in a triathlon, join the cast of Survivor, or need a liner to last all day and you want a little bit of multicolored sparkle, I highly recommend this!
