I've been using this for about 2 weeks now and can see the difference its making. I typically use the la mer original moisturizer as my daily night cream. The price point is fantastic compared price per ounce vs la mer. This stuff definitely takes the cake, when it comes to hydration, firming and brightening. It contains algae extract and many other nourishing ingredients. The texture is creamy, feels substantial, and absorbs quickly. I'd buy this again in a heart beat. The pre-clanse oil looks promising, can't wait to give the rest of the line a chance.

While at first the sales lady and I were worried that this cream may be too rich for my skin (due to age and season, it is almost summer here), this cream can do wonder for those with dry, irritated, and sensitive skin. My skin took a hard beating for a month due to hayfever (aka. allergies), exam stress, insomnia, and a nasty flu that had me rub my nose and cheeks raw. After using the sample for three nights, my skin was able to return to a 'normal' state from the 'Sahara dessert' dry state. It wasn't moist and comparable to my good days, but the cream was able to pull my skin back from the deep end.

This cream may be thick and rich, but as long as you use a reasonable amount (less than a pea size for face and just target the dry spots) there doesn't seem to be any trouble with milia, breakouts, or allergy reactions.

R.E.M. stands for Repair, Energize, and Moisturize. This white moisturizing cream is rich and works very well as a daytime cream for my dry-very dry skin
R.E.M. comes in a large, heavy, square, glass jar.
Update 6/15/2017: Erno Laszlo discontinued this product, although it can still be found at various stores.
