    This was in the Semi-Precious collection in summer 2011, this is SUPER pigmented, its such a gorgeous shade of blue! I would highly recommend this!

    I bought this colour after trying it in store and i love it. You can use it wet or dry but wet gives a more intense colour. If you find this does not show up on your eyes much then best thing to do...
