I am happy with this product. I have adult acne although not awful all the time but at times awful. I've been using juice beauty which I love but needed to add something stronger to the mix. This is just alright. I find it incredibly drying (and I use Persagel). On top of that, it smells quite bad and it lingers. I was looking for a more gentle spot treatment (even though this is an all-over treatment) and it just wasn't for me. I really like the other Dennis Gross products but this is just sitting in my drawer.

I am really happy with this! I've used prescription acne meds like Duac that were not as effective as this. With 2-3 days of using this my pimples fade away. Unfortunately, my 14 y.o daughter swiped it off me since it is also very effective on her! Have to buy another tube

This product did not clear up my skin. It was not drying, but it did break out my skin even more. My existing acne became larger. I cannot continue to use this product, and I am very disappointed and disgusted with all the false claims.
