    It reminds me of a watery version of UDPP-- it does make e/s last and wear longer. It's better suited with pencil eyeliner; with gel e/l please keep a q-tip handy because it smudges after 4 hours....

    I would buy this again, only in a pinch. I thought it worked well, until I got ELF's mineral eye primer, which is half the cost. I don't like the wand applicator.. I wish this came in a tube.
