This is such an underrated foundation. I can't believe people are not raving about this!If you are someone who suffers from Dry or Dry Combo skin...this could be a potential HG for you. I must admit finding the right shade could be a bit challenging. I went everywhere to find a MAC reference to any of their shades and found none.Shade: I am an NC 20-25 and I find that 150 Classic Ivory matches me ok. It is a bit on the lighter side but you can always use a bronzer to warm your skin a bit. Consistency: It is a very liquidy foundation but a dream to blend on your skin. I have used my RT Miracle Complexion Sponge for this and the application was so easy.Finish: It is demi matte finish. But it is also BRIGHTENING! yes I can't believe how brightening this foundation is. I guess that's why it's called Radiant Firming Makeup.Packaging: It sucks - it does not have a pump. But I can overlook that because of how good the formula is.If you are on the fence about getting this, I say give it a try. I ordered mine from Amazon. Unfortunately, you don't see this much on Maybelline's shelves anymore. But it is a great product and truly a hidden gem!Update: 03/30/2017 This is such a beautiful foundation that I am going to stock-up on this. It works beautifully with Dry Dehydrated Skin! I am still in love with it!

UPDATE:I still like this foundation but my skin is too oily so it doesn't stay on. I may have to discontinue using it. I took off 2 lippies. This is a good foundation. It doesn't break me out. It has a satin finish. This is being discontinued so the only other option is Maybelline Instant Age Rewind eraser foundation. I called the 1-800 number and I was told they are almost the same.

I was traveling and forgot to pack makeup so a trip to the drugstore was in order as my dd lives in the land of no makeup counters, lol. At any rate, swatched several different products and dd said this one looked the most natural in 290 creamy beige. I've used it for about two months now and I have to say I'm pleasantly surprised. I apply this with a damp sponge and it gives a nice light coverage that allows my skin to show through without settling in any lines. I have to conceal one broken cap but everything else looks super. The truly amazing thing is that I can put this on my eyes with no ill effects which NEVER happens, all my makeup, mineral, liquid and cream has always made my eyes water or burn but not this product! I have to powder a bit with finishing powder to make the application last but that's okay, for me the payoff is worth it. First drugstore makeup I've ever been happy with, very nice find. One thing, sigh, there always has to be one, lol. According to the skincare board the sun protection in this product isn't stable so I feel the need to pass that on, although it hasn't stopped me from enjoying the product. 1/10/16 Adding, I can actually get all imperfections covered with this by just patting a bit extra product on the area, even a broken cap! The more I use this the more I love it, only drawback is the transfer, it is a bit annoying.

This foundation is a pleasant surprise. It has medium coverage, so it covers up most of my hyper pigmentation and dark circles. It looks very natural on the skin, and wears all day. I do have to blot with this foundation even though I have skin that is on the drier side. Recently, I made a big mistake switching cleansers so I really needed a foundation that would cover up the redness without making my skin look even worse. This foundation is VERY affordable, I just wish the bottle had a pump.

I use this foundation in the shade Classic Ivory. It has a light to medium coverage and it is buildable. Do not expect this to cover up just about every mark on your face and that's not what I personally prefer. It makes people look artificial. Overall radiant, healthy, even-toned skin with natural blemishes showing through ever so slightly is more believable. This foundation gives me just that. This is the first "radiant" foundation I have used. Before this my skin was combo/oily and I used to look for matte foundations...but at 28 years of age, one steadily inches towards foundations that won't settle into the teeny tiny little lines here and there. Also, as I have a bad case of cystic acne, I have some visible pores on either side of my nose. This doesn't settle into those pores either. And without a powder, if blended well, it gives a beautiful glowing, dewy, healthy finish. You can take the glow down a bit by powdering your oily areas lightly. I have even dared to sport this for an entire evening out without a primer...and it didn't look bad at all. My peeve about this product is, the difficult-to-use glass bottle without a pump. You have to pour the product our on your palm or on the back of your palm. Perhaps Maybelline could look into adding a pump.I will purchase this again. I like using it. And I have heard rumors that Maybelline may discontinue this. Sad. It was a goody.

This is a great liquid foundation. I have fairly oily skin some redness and hyperpigmentation this foundation does a good job of giving me a more even canvas. I think the most important thing is the way you apply it. when I tried using my fingers or just a buffing brush the results were too heavy accentuating pores or scars. but when applied with a foundation brush and then we went over with a damp makeup sponge the results are flawless and second skin like

Over all i have tried a lot of foundations, but this is the one that gives my dull skin a fresh look..No matter how tired i am,this instantly brightens me up..I used to use the cream age rewind with the white cap.I loved that..Now this one is also my favorite..I heard that they are going to discontinue, what a pity. Why would they always do this.First maybelline discontinued my all time favorite lipstick Rum Raisin,(moisture extreme). Now this..Why Maybelline why...?I am an nc40,and Medium beige is ok with me,u ahve to be careful while applying this.A tiny amount is sufficient for the whole face..Not so sure about the oily skin,I have dry skin..This one is perfect for the dry lacklustre skin like mine..Edit ; Unfortunately i had to take two lippies off, this thing is not agreeing with my extreme dry winter weather.I have applied heavy moisturizer, still its clinging on the dry patches and emphaise under eye lines..

This makeup isn't just for mature skin.I'm 22 and I was at work the other day (I work at Walmart) and my coworker who's the same age as me had just the most flawless looking skin. Smooth, not a pore to be seen, and so radiant. I asked her what she used and was surprised when she told me it was this. I immediately went and bought it for just over $10 CAD. And WOW. This foundation is perfect for dry/combination skin. It's so smooth and creamy, with a tiny bit of shimmer that makes your complexion glow. I have very fair skin with cool undertones and the lightest shade, Buff Beige, is perfect for my skin. I didn't even use primer and just blended with my fingers because my brush was dirty, and it still blended perfectly. Topping it with a finishing powder gave it a natural semi-matte finish, though if you prefer dewy I'd go powderless. The only downside (and not worth taking off a lippie) is the glass bottle. Could definitely use a pump, it's a little old-style.I honestly wish this was marketed as a hydrating/smoothing makeup for all age groups, because it's most certainly not just for older skin. UPDATE: Removed a lippie because this foundation has a rather sticky consistency. It's not horrible but it cuts down on the comfortable wear time.

Not a bad product but nothing for us mature women to get excited over. Yes, it has that famous Maybelline blending ability but I didn't notice and really wasn't reading into any lifting action of the product. Let's face it: A makeup cannot"lift" saggy skin: A surgeon can. However it does have a somewhat nice finish and for that: 3 lippies.

This foundation is a great. Generally cheap foundations are pretty fake looking but this blends in very nicely, is gentle on your skin, a little goes a long way, and it lasts a full work day (sometimes all day for me until I wash up for bed). I lucked out with my genes and have great skin so all I need is something light-medium to even out the color and make it look "perfect" and this does the job extremely well for what I paid.I said I wouldn't buy it again only because I'd like to see if there's something a bit better for me because1) Sometimes my skin has a dry day and then this just brings out the dryness and flakes and sits on top with out being absorbed at all2) I wish this could be a tube, it's a bottle that you have to pour the foundation out of like salad dressing, I found shaking it and then dabbing my brush around the rim works well but I wish I could control the amount I need for each use more. That also makes it impossible to use the last drop3) If I have a zit and want to cover it, this starts to look very fake when building upTimes are tough so if you're on a serious budget but want a great foundation, I encourage you to try this.
