I loved Tarina Tarantino's Puppeteer liner when they sold it in Sephora. Since they are no longer sold there, I bought one from her website. I think they changed the formula because this one was way to soft, even to sharpen, it made a mess, when I tried to put it on my eyes, it just smeared! Don't know what happened but I won't be buying them again from the website. The Liner was fantastic before, don't know why they feel they had to change the formula!! It it ain't broke, don't fix it!!

Absolutely a holy grail eyeliner. I have big green eyes that in the winter are usually lined in some form of black cat-eyed liquid extravaganza. In the summer I use something lighter, like a pencil. For a long time I didn't purchase a real pencil, only the creamy wind up things, because I was tired of sharpening and they were never good and I always scratched my eye...so on and so forth. Temptalia's review of these liners convinced me to buy this, so I did. The dark brown with casual shimmer looks great on my eyes and suits a multitude of looks. I love this both on my waterline and my lashline, and I will be repurchasing this as soon as I run out!

I was getting lazy and not reviewing products that I had tried recently, but I felt like I had to write a review for this one. It seems like Tarina's products don't get any love on MUA and I think that she does have some gems in her collection. Puppeteer is a beautiful dark brown with a hint of bronze shimmer that applies quite smoothly relative to other shimmery eyeliners I have tried. (Ignore the swatches they have on Sephora; Puppeteer is darker than Locket Book IRL). It is very pigmented and long-lasting (it takes a bit of soaking with mu remover to get off), and applies like butter. If Sephora ever stopped carrying TT products it would be difficult in finding a good substitute for Puppeteer.
