I really love the Rouge Cocos because the smell of roses, the silky non-drying texture and the packaging feel very luxurious to me.

This shade is a bit boring because it just looks very nude on my lips. It's true that this makes it ideal for work, but It actually doesn't look very different from the colour of my lips at all, so there's no real motivation to repurchase...I think I'd rather try a new shade when this is used favourite so far is Orchidee, a more intense and flattering shade of pink...

Excellent colour on my fair skin. It gives colour to my face without yelling "look at me" like a scarlet red does. When I wear scarlet reds people (mainly men) comment on my lipstick. When i wear Chanel's Satin people comment I look nice.

Its a lovely creamy, opaque formula with a light sheen. Nice faint, floral smell. Lasts ages.

I wear it at work most days. I wouldn't wear it to a party.

A very similar colour is Bobbi Brown's "Party Alice" Party Alice has the slightest hint more pink.

Don't know why I haven't reviewed this color before. I always get compliments on this. It perfectly suits my NC20 skin. It is a beautiful pink with warm undertones. It is simply stunning, lasts during drinking and doen't dry out my lips. Plus, the scent is divine. It isn't too strong to me, but may bother some. Overall I would not hesitate to recommend this to a friend. Total HG!

I love this lipstick. It's very moisturizing on me and a great neutral color. It's sort of a rose/red with a little bit of coral. It's not in-your-face at all and looks great with Beige Guitare glossimer. I can wear this color with just about anything.

This is my first rouge coco and like everyone, have fallen in love with it in every way! it's extremely smooth and rich in colour. one swipe and its beautiful every time.

satin is a sophisticated rosey red that looks equally as natural (by that i mean, doesn't look overly done up or high maintainance) in the day as seductive as a beautiful rosey red pout can be in the night, it's just a versatile colour that is easy to wear. it doesnt dry out or settle into cracks and lines in my lips so they always appear fresh and youthful.

i'm nc20-nc25 but leaning towards neutral tone with dark brown eyes and hair.

Very lovely, flattering muted rosey red. I am very pale, and this is a nice, grown-up looking lip color. It's not too bold, it's got a lovely finish, and it really lasts a long time. I love everything about this lipstick.

A really lovely warm rose, which complements my warm/yellow skin tones perfectly. The rose color is not too deep, with a satin like finish (hence the name Satin I guess) so it makes for a nice polished look. Nothing OTT, but just...nice! I'm MAC NC 25/30 for reference. If you have my skin tones, you might want to check out La Pausa (light pinky peach, more peach than pink), Bel Respiro (strong coral peach), Egerie (lightpeach/coral and warmish pink) and Rouge Orage (this is a warm deep red, no orange in it). I also have Mademoiselle but i is a tad cool toned for me. Love the texture of this line, and have been making countless trips to the Chanel counter to see if there is any other colour that might suit me but so far the best are those 4 I listed above. I cannot take anything with the slightest hint of blue in it.
