This is a fantastic! The colors are very pigmented and create a pretty shimmery effect on the lids, and when used wet can produce a more metallic effect. Additionally, the three colors are very cohesive and complement each other well. I wore the shade rust all over the lid and a bit of walnut bronze blended into the crease, and got many compliments on this look. I also love the packaging as it is cute yet fuctional, with a handy mirror on the inside. A definite must try.

Love this trio! The gold is a great, bright gold color. I like to wear it as a wash or blend it with the second color in this palette (rust). Rust is a beautiful purple. Walnut bronze is a medium coppery brown shade, nothing unique but nice nonetheless. All three are shimmery, well pigmented, and apply very smoothly. There are a myriad of eye looks one could make just from this little palette.

Also, a friendly reviewing reminder: please check to see if the product you want to review is already listed before you make a listing! There are two listings for this same product. For some reason that irks me, heh.

This was a painful purchase! I love these colors so much but two of them have such horrible payoff!! I have since heard that the trios are of much lower quality than the singles and I hope that's true. Rust is a nice burnt red color, but crappy payoff. Golden is a nice warm gold color, but again crappy payoff. Walnut Bronze is the only one of the three that has a good color. It's hard to explain what it looks like, kind of a reddish gray/silver color. I really like it. It's very smooth. If you like these colors get them as singles and hopefully the payoff will be better!

I think that anyone who wears NYX shadows knows that the name rarely matches what the color actually is. I bought my trio on EBAY so hopefully it wasnít a defective batch.

Iíll start with the color Rust. I found that it matched my Mauve lipliner by Líoreal EXACTLY. I tried layering them because I was disappointed with the color payoff. Yes, I did put lipliner on my eye then applied the Rust over it with a damp brush.  I got better coverage that way and it was wearable but not the color I was expecting at all. On me it shows up a brownish mauve color with or without the liner under it. Iím VERY pale so I thought it would show up brighter. It looks very natural and totally wearable for a daytime look. I was hoping for it to really POP but it was far too muted. I have blue eyes and while it does look good with them it wasnít the color I was looking for.

The Gold is a mid tone, true gold. Not green, not beige or super yellow. If anything it has a touch of tan in it. I like using UD Baked all over my lid with Gold in the crease and a white gold along my brow line.

Walnut brown is good in the crease or used wet for a soft eyeliner.

All the colors work well together and are shimmery warm tones without being over the top. They are a little hard to blend. I find all NYX shadows have that in common, so no surprise.
I found the Gold too dark as an all over color and use it only in the crease. The Rust wasnít nearly as vibrant as I had hoped for. I was looking for a bright cranberry and got a muddy mauve. The Walnut was fine. Nothing amazing but a good standard color that Iím sure I will use in the future. I would probably buy the Gold again as a single but not the other two colors.
Great packaging. I like the included applicators and mirror. Fair price of under ten bux. I think I paid $8.

This palette has three shimmer colours Golden (gold gold), Rust (magenta pink), Walnut Bronze (pinky brown). The shimmer is really fine and there isn't any fallout. These colours are very pigmented and the shadows are soft, buildable and blendable. The colours compliment each other so well and make brown eyes pop. Definitely would buy it again. :)
