I know lots of people love and swear by this; but the color is just too dark/yellow for me. (The pic above makes it look lighter than it is.) I'm fair, neutral leaning cool, and it is just "off" color-wise for me. Also, for my base/skin shade, I prefer something more translucent; especially in the brow area, I don't like my shadow to look opaque and thick. I'm sure this is fine for those with warmer and/or darker complexions; just not for me. I prefer a couple of NYX singles (Lace or Naked Truth) over this, not much more price wise.

Cheap and Fantastic, plain and simple. This is my favorite eyeshadow base around. I have tried other expensive brands and this one is the best I have every used. The price is fantastic.

When I say the words "pigmented", "creamy", "wearable", "long lasting", which brands come to mind? MAC? Urban Decay? Tarte? I have tried (and loved) all those brands and will continue to do so, but even if I won the lottery tomorrow, I'd continue to pick up Wet n'Wild eyeshadows, because they are every bit as good, and in some cases, BETTER, and it's not exactly a secret anymore.
For 99 cents, as long as an eyeshadow shows up on your face, it's worth the money. But was WnW satisfied with that? No, they took it a step further, because this is nice rich pigmentation and blends like a dream to boot. It's not a chalky mess, like so many other drugstore matte shadows. It just looks good.
WnW products might not all hit it out of the park (which brand can say that?), but I've never met a shadow of theirs I didn't love. This shade is a nice mellow creamy beige, not white, not super yellow toned, and totally matte. Perfect as a base color for a nice warm or neutral look. Believe me when I say, the packaging might not be much to look at, but when all is said and done, you will find endless uses for this eyeshadow.
My only gripe about these shadow singles is- where are all the colors?? I only know of four, and it's a real bummer because the quality is apparent in their high ratings. WnW, throw us a bone here, and introduce some more shades!

I am absolutely in love with this eyeshadow! I use it as a base to make my other shadows blend a little easier. If I am in a hurry and don't want to put too much effort in, I use this shade all over and "Nutty" in my crease. This is probably the third one I have purchased, and I will continue to purchase this product!

I bought one just to get my cvs extra bucks and been wearing it everyday since. I used to wear Mac all that glitters but it's too pricey for a lil pan of eyeshadow that with daily use runs out in a month. Anyhow, the creme brûlée looks good with any color lipstick and good for everyday use and I wear glasses so it adds a lil pop to my eye area. I really like this one.

It's a matte ivory shade. If you own some make up palettes you probably have a bunch of these "filler" "base" shades and this one is nothing special though it's also not bad. If you need a nice "base shade" for your make up this is totally usable. But it wouldn't work as eyeshadow because it's ivory and white and basically looks like nothing when applied to the face.

For only $2 this item is great! it is super creamy and pigmented (when I say creamy I don't mean it is a cream eyeshadow, it is just very easy to get on the brush without being chalky or kicking up extra product). This is the perfect everyday color for me if I want to wear makeup but look like I am not wearing any. LOVE THIS!

Seriously the best dollar I ever spent. This is so much better than any other shadow for the brow. It is soft and super creamy. Love!

I absolutely LOVE this cheap little gem! It seems like so many nude/cream colored eye shadows all have shimmer to them, but this one delivers the perfect satin/matte finish. It's almost a perfect dupe for Mac's Brule, but I actually prefer WnW's for a few reasons. While my face and body have slight yellow undertones, my lids do not. Mac's Brule has more of a yellow undertone to it, while WnW's is more "peaches & cream." Basically, it's the perfect "my lids, but better" shade. It makes a fabulous base for other eye shadows, but I also use it alone with a medium crease shade when I'm in a rush or don't feel like doing anything too crazy. I also prefer the consistency and finish of this particular WnW shade to Mac's (I know, right? Never thought I'd hear myself say that!) All in all, this is an absolute staple in my MU routine!!

This is a fantastic eye shadow. It's a matte finish (Yay! I don't wear anything cosmetic with a frost/pearl/ glitter finish) and feels silky smooth on your lids. It's a pale vanilla shade that's buildable and lasts for hours.
It's great to wear as a starter shadow and a base for layering with darker colors do that they aren't as harsh.
The price can't be beat for the quality that you get.
Once again,Wet n Wild proves that you don't have to pay a fortune to get a good product.
Kinda off topic: I wished that the company would change the name to Markwins. Wet n Wild sounds like a porno film, lol.
