Eau Delicate Fresh Water Toner

this cleans tones and moisturizes all in one product, but i still use l'occitane's shea butter facial soap at nite to remove lite makeup before i use this product, i don't really need moisturizer...

I use this mostly as a toner. I know some people do not see the point of toner, but I really like it as a base before my moisturizers day and at night. I question the price of this for what it is,...
