Mostly cleared my body acne, helped clear my face (though I also started topicals for my face around the same time so not sure if it was solely this), shortened by period to 2-3 days, and reduced (though did not get rid of) my PMS. It didn't entirely cure all the aforementioned, but it helped significantly.

I took these for about 3 months. I was suffering from hormonal acne which was the main reason I decided to give them a go but also had pms issues since I was perimeopausal and my hormones were all over the place.

Although they did help a lot with my skin and I did feel pretty good while taking them, after about a month or so I noticed some rather significant hair shedding. I researched it and found this is not uncommon with this supplement. So if you are prone to, or just don't want that particular side effect you might want to think twice before taking DIM.

It's kind of a double edged sword...alot of women have issues with hormonal acne and hair shedding as they get a little older. It seems the things that work for the acne make the shedding worse and the things that work for hair shedding make the acne worse. Lovely isn't it?

UPDATE: I could not take these for longer than four weeks due to developing a very noticeable rosacea-type rash that resembled small red welts. I stopped taking them and it subsided. After three weeks of not taking them I tried again but within a week the rash was back - please be aware of this as a possible side effect. No other changes in acne or weight to report, but that's hardly surprising after just one month. Original review: I've only just started taking these for my estrogen dominance which I suspect is causing horrendous hormonal acne on my jawline but I just wanted to correct the previous reviewer - these pills contain cruciferous vegetables which I think is what she meant by carciverous. DIM contains a plant compound that improves hormone balance. By improving the metabolism of our natural estrogens DIM helps lower high levels of estrogen in the body. This alone can help remedy estrogen dominant conditions and restore a healthy estrogen/testosterone ratio in men and women.

I have been taking these pills for the past 6 months with a few weeks gap after about the first month and a half. I found these because I was researching what I could do to get my body and my hormones back in the swing of things after I got off my birth control pills to switch to an IUD.
When I previously stopped taking bpc, I broke out horribly, felt nervous/anxious a lot of the time and just felt crappy overall. I was worried that I would go through that again if I couldn't find something to balance out my hormones.
I finally came across Dim+ and it sounded more promising than anything, so I picked up a bottle of 60 caps for $24 at my local organic grocery store. When I started taking it I just noticed that my skin looked nice, it was becoming easier for me to fall asleep at night (I usually toss and turn) and I felt great all the time. When I ran out of my first bottle I didn't buy a new one because a) they were expensive and b) I didn't think I needed them anymore. A short amount of time went by and I started breaking out pretty badly, I was having a hard time falling asleep at night but the main thing that happened was my fiance told me that my moods were going bezerk. I couldn't believe it when he confronted me about it and everything he said was true, my hormones were affecting our relationship in a major way. Immediately I bought a new bottle of pills and then ordered an additional bottle of 120 pills for $19 on Amazon. I also bought a bottle for my mom who has hormonal imbalances. She was taking herbs given to her by a professional herbalist who is renowned for her work. When she ran out she started taking the Dim+ that I gave her and she said she didn't even know she was getting her period, no PMS whatsoever. Her mood swings affect her marriage as well and her husband has noticed a difference with her taking these supplements.
If you are still wary, you should know that all these pills consist of is vegetables such as broccoli, kale, cauliflower. All carcivorous veggies that have a natural source of good estrogen that flushes out all the bad, synthetic estrogen that birth control pills put in our bodies.
Also, shopping at Super Supplements last weekend I saw the 60 count bottle for $12 and bought one, Not as good as Amazon but you don't have to wait for shipping. Whole Foods has a pretty good price on these too. I will never be without them and I seriously think all women should at least consider them.
