I bought this for those times when I want a no-frills all-purpose soap. I have to say, I preferred it more as a body soap than a face soap. I had more residue and my skin felt tight at times, which I could handle in the warmer months, but became more uncomfortable in the winter. I think it may be due more to hard water though. I didn't find that it lathered more than other olive oils soaps I've tried (maybe slightly, but it was still difficult for me to get a very creamy lather going), but I think it held up better and didn't melt into a huge mess as I've experienced with some others. I'm kind of undecided about buying it again though.

This soap is just like the Olive oil from Kiss My Face, but better because it doesn't dry out skin. It has a subtle but pleasant scent. I favour this one now. It is however double the price of the Kiss My face version, at least where I got it; it was around $4 for a regular sized bar.

This is a very large bar of soap (5.29 oz). Picked it up for $2.79 at Bed Bath and Beyond. The bar has a slick feel but it's not slimy. Very moisturizing and has a mild scent. I use this on my acne-prone/oily t-zone face and have had no breakout. The ingredients are very simple which I like. I keep the bar out of direct water because it feels like it would probably melt. I haven't tried it on my body yet but I'm sure it will be great for the body...especially since it is so moisturizing (no need to moisturize afterwards). I would definitely buy this again and highly recommend giving this a try. :)
