I've had this machine for a couple of months and am happy with the results from it. You can see it immediately taking dead skin off of your face while using it. I use the fine tip on my face and use it only once a week as I think it would be too harsh to use more than once a week. I've seen reviews on the Q which is where I bought it while it was on 5 easy pays (for some reason it isn't offered on the website right now) and agree it is hard to do you whole nose but I figure it's not a biggie...I use a microderm scrub on my nose instead. I think that after using this for 6 months to a year I will see an even better improvement in my skin. I am very happy with this purchase and have the diamond tips on auto ship on Q.

looked for a long time for something to help with my uneven skin tone and hyper pigmentation. this machine really delivers. My skin is already smoother and brighter, and i have only used the system 3 times.

What a fantastic product. I have always suffered from bad skin. I have suffered from hyperpigmentation, uneven tone, oily skin. In my desperation to find something that works I have tried it all (even a $400.00 cream and a $500. Baby Quasar red light therapy device). I would say that only Clarisonic helped but there was a lot more that need to be done. Well, I was channel surfing and saw this demonstrated. I figured why not try this too, I've tried everything else. I cannot believe the results. My skin is finally even toned, brighter, translucent. I mean for once I have really good skin.I honestly would not even expect results this good even from a professional. This is an extraordinary product.

I am not a gadget person but I LOVE this resurfacing machine. It is similar to treatments I get from my derm's office. The cost of the machine is equal to one derm treatment. In this economy there isn't a need to make that trip anymore.I don't know what I was expecting but I am amazed at how the texture of my skin has improved and how soft it feels. It has radiance. After several treatments some stubborn milia disappeared! If money wasn't so tight right now I would buy these for all the females on my Christmas list. That's how much I love the machine. Maybe next year if the economy turns around.

Much to QVC's credit, they contacted me and said that on-air claims to be just like her $40,000 ofc machine were not true. They offered to take it back w/ free shipping. I tried it one more time and got a broken skin red light blood mark above my eyebrow. This is a machine that resurfaces the surface of the skin. It has long tubes (like a vacuum cleaner hose) that connect to a diamond tip wand to run across your face. When I took the wider wand off and put the fine tip wand in, the suction function worked and it was much too harsh for my eye area. The longer I did it, the higher the motor seemed to rev, and it wasn't a pleasant experience. The instructions are skimpy. I think it was released before its time. Youtube video on princess derma shows the exact same product, and I had to look at that to figure out how to use it. I am not qualified to use this, and it doesn't help with wrinkles. It did not take off a small old red acne scar that stars in the center of my cheek. It costs $178 at QVC and I am going to send it back.
