Beautiful color!!! I love it!!!

I got it at 99cents store yesterday and tested it out immediately. The blue color is so pretty, it has that shinny quality to it. It's great for smoky eye at night, but it also works perfect for day time, I just line my upper eyelashes with it. It's awesome for spring because of the pops of color it brings. I totally love it!! And getting it for only a dollar is just a big PLUS!!!

It's a beautiful color, but I've gotta say that it's super creamy and soft, so you'll constantly be sharpening it and it won't really make a perfectly sharp point. It would probably crease up as an eyeshadow base, but it would probably be good as a lightly smudged eyeliner.

I can't say enough positive things about this eyeliner. First off, it is a beautiful, vibrant blue that really works with my brown eyes. I got this in black instead of the blue but This could be my new HG e/l. It glides on better then any pencil liner I have ever tried. It really does go on just like a liquid. It has pretty good staying power. The only thing is that I don't see any "metalic chrome" finish but that doesn't bother me. Will repurchase.

This stuff really does glide on like a liquid, and I really thought it wouldn't last very long, but it sets wonderfully if you leave it alone and don't touch it right away like I did.
