Base Coat

Hmm, odd that my review is almost completely opposite the only other review here. I'm taking into consideration that that review was done 6 years ago, and FingerPaints may have changed the formula...

FingerPaints base coat applies smooth and dries very fast. It is neither too thick nor too thin. I find the brush a little on the thin side but that's because I've gotten used to the OPI Prowide....
