This is nice product, it does its job. No stretchmarks on tummy or breasts, though I have stretchmarks on hips as I didn't massage oil there (which I regret now). I put on 3 stones during 1st pregnancy, most of weight in 3rd trimester so quite quick expansion.. I was applying 2ce a day, I didn't have any itchiness due skin stretching. I'm pregnant second time, 33 weeks and using oil again but all over hips and buttocks too. No stretchmarks so far. Oil has quite strong citrus smell (which I find pleasant), it does leave greasy residue on skin so you have to wait a bit till it sinks in, bottle gets messy and pomp would be preferable, its quite expensive, BUT I would definitely recommend it as preventing stretchmarks is cheaper than getting rid of them, greasy bottle is smth I don't care about as far as I'm getting result.

This is a nice product and so far I have no stretchmarks (at 5 months pregnant) however I really dislike the scent, it's not overwhelming and doesn't linger, but I still dislike it on application. Also I'm not sure this is any more preventative than just being thorough about moisturising every day, I'm sure stretchmarks are probably basically hereditary, but this is nice enough so work a try.

I received a bottle of Tummy Rub from a friend who just had her first child. She had used it once and hated the fragrance, but I liked it. At first. It smells like citrus and roses and the base oil blend (sweet almond, borage, wheat germ, and rosehip seed) is clear and isn't too greasy so you can dress immediately after applying. Unfortunately, I got really sick of the smell and stopped using it after a month, so I now understand why my friend regifted it.I also don't buy that any stretch-mark oil is going to do a thing to prevent scarring if you're prone to it, but I like that the formula contains skin nourishers like omega 3s and Vitamin E. But holy hell is it expensive: $35 for a smallish glass bottle. I wouldn't buy it for myself.$35 for a 4.1 ounce tinted glass bottle from Drugstore.com.

I used this for my pregnancy and even though I was enormous I didn't get stretch marks. The bottle was messy (a pump would have been nicer) and I didn't like the smell but think I associated it with feeling stressed about my pregnancy so possibly unfair to judge. I believe this really helped in preventing the stretch marks. I got through bottles of it and would recommend it.Edit sept 2011- second pregnancy, this time I have lots of stretch marks. Admittedly I haven't been quite as diligent due to looking after a toddler but i have used it once a Day instead of twice. I Think that skin can only take so much and I am bigger this time. I also really can't stand the smell which has made putting it on a real chore.

Ok, so I HATE the scent. That's the only reason why this doesn't get a 5. This stuff is wonderful! I used this with my last pregnancy & wish I had known about it for my first. I didn't get any new stretch marks when I used this...not ONE! I just rubbed it on my tummy everyday after my shower, and a little goes a long way. I originally gave this a bad review because of the scent, but I've changed my mind because it did an excellent job!

Beautiful product. This smells just divine and is free of any nasties like parabens, synthetic fragrances and SLS so is safe to use on my ever expanding bump to prevent stretch marks to which i am awfully prone! Is also packed full of omega oils and lots of lovely oils such as rosehip. I absolutely love it and it is a little bit of luxury when you are tired and feeling worn out and achy.
