The 195 is the worst makeup brush I've ever bought. The paint on the handle started to crack and peel after just a month's worth of use, and then the ferrule came unglued. Into the garbage it went because I forgot to save the receipt... I have a handful of other MAC brushes that range from 3-12 years old. None of the them have been as shoddy as the 195.

My concealers kept creasing under my eyes, and I figured it had to do with the formula, setting powder and so on. I bought this yesterday, and honestly, I'm impressed. I do believe Wayne Goss when he says it's more important to invest in tools than in makeup.

For comparison, I had the EcoTools concealer brush before. It's deteriorated after a couple of years, and …

MAC 195 is the bigger concealer brush in the collection and I love how this brush can do all the concealing work. It's flat and synthetic so it packs up creamy concealer easily, and its dense, stiff yet soft bristles can apply liquid camouflage to my under-eye area precisely. It is of the perfect size, and its tapered tip is great for concealing blemishes. I can just simply dap it on my …Read more

No shedding, synthetic hairs grab product and disperse it.
I don't know why I bought this when my ecotools one was good enough, if not better at blending and patting in concealed anyway lol
I wouldn't buy again based on the fact that it is synthetic, all other cheaper brands are also synthetic and do the same thing for 1/4 of the price. Nothing special about this brush. I …

Hm, mixed reviews i see, well i gave this 4 as i'm sure there are much better concealer brushes out there for half the cost, bare essentuals is supposed to be good! i've tried it and didn't love it blends much more easily than this brush. i'd say this bursh due to its fine tip applies the perfect ammount of product and then the surface allowed you to pat around it. i them …Read more

Useless! Unless you wash it everyday, the bristles clump together into four or five distinct groupings, so you're putting on your concealer with the equivalent of a whisk broom. If you DO wash it everyday, it is still scratchy and imprecise. Save your money and use your finger, or a decent concealer brush like bare escentuals, which is what I went to after discarding this monstrosity.

This is my everyday concealer brush. First I got the 194, but I wasn't loving it, it's was kind of soft and took forever to apply cream concealers. So I got the 195 and that's all I use for concealer every single day.

What can I say? It picks up little product and applies concealer perfectly and flawlessly with a smooth feel and look. Compared to Sephora's brush which scratched my skin, I would buy this brush again.

This was my first MAC brush and since I was in need of a concealer brush I splurged on this one despite the price. It turns out I really like it due to several qualities. I like how the bristles are soft and its dense so there is more control over the brush and the amount of product you use. The brush is also flat and is fairly wide so it transfers the product to my skin effortlessly. I was also …Read more

Good concealer brush. Synthetic bristles, dense, slightly pointed for precise and detailed application. Works great for covering up blemishes, I just pick up the smallest amount of concealer and dab ever so lightly on the pimple in question, and it instantly disappears (color-wise, cuz if it's too bumpy there's not really much you can do with makeup for texture issues). Now this may …Read more
