Girls..Don't waste your money on this product like I did. I've got Eyeshadow Suite in Counterparts. Althrough the color looked nice in the pan and the packaging is outstanding, the color doesn't show at all. No matter how hard I try to make it works, I used it over UDPP, NYX jumbo eyeshadow pencil, cream eyeshadow, I use both brushes and fingers, still can't get any color. I'm so disappointed it's such a big waste of money.

The pigmentation of all the eye shadw suites are absolutely rubbish, it takes ages to get some colour on to the eye and it doesn't even last that long compared to other mac eyeshadows. But the packaging is pretty cute, its a small black rectangle and u push one side and the two colours come out in its tray, then u just push it back in side. But still, getting the colours on the eye and making it stay there requres lots of primer and lots of time

This is a nicely packaged duo. The lighter gray shadow is smoother and easier to apply than the shimmery black. So I would recommend applying it before the black. The colors are very pretty together. It's perfect for a daytime smokey eye. Would buy again.

(click for pic--->)These duo Suite Array eyeshadows from Fall 2008 comes in a Brow Shader compact. 2.4 grams are priced at $16.I agree that the pigments aren't the best here, but I also think that the black shadow is so pretty and smooth and overall, it's such a wearable duo for a great price! 1 lippie off for pigment chalkiness, 1/2 lippie off for sheerness. But with a great base such as Bare Study PP, I really think the color pops. (Use the #239 brush for maximum color pay-off.) I love the pearly finish this gives! But if you don't have the brushes or the base for it, don't bother. If you do and if you love MAC, give it a go. Here's a pic: continued >>

Hmm...not so good is what I think sums up this product, sad because I think they look cute and the idea is nice and the price is good. But the shadows have almost no pigment, the colors look cute in the pans but applying them is a bitch, the best you can hope for a bit of very unpigmented dust in sort of the shade you see in the pan. The silvery black shows up as a cheap looking charchol with no shimmer and the light silver gray is a bit truer to color but its so freaking sheer its like not wearing much at all. I was able to use the suite to do nice smokey eyes but witht he help of 3 other shades and layering the silvery black like 3 times as a liner and it still turned out super sheer. While the shimmer didnt stick tomy lids it was fine having fallout all over my cheeks and undereyes and sticking there...I'm pretty dissapointed in this.I may play with it some more and attempt to use it from time to time but I would not repurchase.
