I am writing this post-partum. I detest the smell. It was all I could do to stop gagging when applying this product. I knew it was good for the skin and free from chemicals so I kept on applying it. I used it everywhere! I had the most dry, uncomfortable skin during pregnancy- and acne at the same time. While the product worked and kept me stretch mark free, the smell was really awful for me. I wouldnt buy again because the ingredients are so simple that I am sure there is another brand out there that can do the trick. My sister loved this stuff and would swear by it.

What a discovery! This is a great blend! I love it!
I'm 12 week pregnant and just started using it. I apply it all over my belly, breasts and tights. It moisturizes very well (best so far) and leaves skin even toned and glowing. I love the cocoa smell.
It's 100% natural with very simple ingredient list.
I'll continue buying it for sure. It will be great for baby too.
I bought it on IHERB. With code BIL243 saved $5. Very good deal.
UPDATE: It's been a month I'm using it and want to add that it helped a lot with my eczema too. Itching is gonne the sekund I put it on my skin. I'm really happy because I cannot use steroids while I'm pregnant.

I LOVED this oil until I found out that using nut oils during pregnancy MIGHT cause the baby to have nut allergies. That may or may not be true but with something as serious as that why even take a chance. But the oil smelled wonderfully sweet almost like sugar or candy and it was NOT greasy at all on your skin or hands it was just PERFECT. It contained Almond Oil, Pecan Oil, Coconut Oil, Cocoa Butter & Vitamin E Oil. Thats its! :-)
I would've loved to continue using it but got to scare :-( oh well.

I used this throughout my pregnancy and it did nothing to keep stretch marks away. I'm fine with that, as I know stretch marks are common with pregnant women. However, my daughter, who is now 4 years old is extremely allergic to all nuts. I'm not sure if this oil was the culprit, but I've heard that expecting mothers should keep away from ingesting or using any type of nut products on their skin. Wish I had known this back then. My daughter has had 1 trip to the emergency room, 1 emergency 911 call, and numerous allergic reactions (from other kids giving her peanut candies). We can't keep nuts of any kind in the house and have to be extremely careful to warn others not to give her anything with nuts in it.
I would stay away from this oil if you are expecting. Better safe than sorry!
