I love this lip product. I am a faithful Nivea creme user on my face and body. When I saw this balm in the drug store I decided to give it a try since I love Nivea creme so much. I am completely hooked on Revlon's Colorstay Ultimate lip color in Iconic Iris because it is my lip color but better and it is shimmery. Because the Colorstay does not moisturize, I wanted a lip balm for nighttime use and for when I am not wearing makeup. I do prefer a shimmer on my lips as opposed to just clear. My first makeup product I owned at 10 years old was Mary Kay's pearl lip gloss. 35 years later I still love the way shimmer looks on my lips. If I apply too much of this it is a little too frosty but as long as I use it in moderation it is the perfect hint of pinky shimmer. I like the way this product is moisturizing but not greasy just like Nivea Creme is for my skin. Before this balm I was using Nivea Creme to moisturize my lips but missed the shimmer. Love it and for $3.99 I did not mind taking a chance on it.

I regret buying this even though it was super cheap, Here is why;
1. It smells horrible, like bad pepto bismol
2. The shimmer is horrible, I was expecting a little bit of shimmer, not a freaking ton. The color makes me look sickly.
3. This dries out my lips sooooo badly. This is supposed to be a lip balm, something that actually heals your lips. My lips became super flakey and looked horrible.

I heard a ton of great reviews for this product, but sadly, it didn't look 'WOW' on me. It was very thick and drying, and the color was a bit to pearly white. However, it will work if you have lighter lips and want a pop of shimmer. Honestly, because of my skin complexion, it makes for a nice creme blush/highlighter :P

I love this product. You get that awesome moisture and a pop of shimmery color. It is not a lip gloss it has a whisper of color great after your lipstick has a worn off and you want some moisture and a pop of color. I love the packaging, the price and the product. It's great as a stocking stuffer gift and you will love it . I still have some in my purse.

Great product in concept & theory...Sadly, it did not work out for me. I noticed no color at all. Nothing. No shimmer. Nothing. It felt like I applied a cheap wax to my lips and I feel like it actually made my lips dry out (they were just 'average' when I was using this). There is also a weird smell about this that I do not care for..floral, maybe..? It is one of those scents that is not too detectable right away but once you have it on your lips for a while, it becomes more noticeable.

Would not re-purchase. I suppose this works for some, as many stores carry this product, but it was a fail for me. Disappointed, bc I like having something like this to just throw in my purse for quick trips to the grocery store and not have to think about being specific with application and not worry about losing it bc it is not expensive. But.....still a dud product..for me, anyway.

Not sure what to think, doesn't really moisturise lips but has a nice finish if you don't have dry lips x

The formula is very melty and liquidy. It doesn't stay on your lips for long enough of a time. It is just kind of ehhhh as for all the Nivea formulation.

Finding myself out and without any lip products, I snapped up a tube of this thinking it'd give me a hint of tint and healthy shine. Nope. It makes my lips white and frosty. I'm stuck with it now, so I plan to try it as a highlighter.

Nice enough packaging and reasonably priced. I just wish it weren't so darn shimmery.
