This was a very beautiful color.. but to me didn't stand out by any means. On the lid, to me it looks like a gold-brown. My favorite pigment is chocolate brown, and this is very similar to that, just lighter. I was hoping it would have the uniqueness of blue-brown or something similar, but alas, it failed me. I still gave it 4 lippies for staying power (excellent), saturation of color …Read more

After refusing to purchase any MAC pigments in the new-style jars, I made an exception for Museum Bronze. In the couple of years since MAC changed the packaging of pigment jars from 7.5g to 4.5g, I boycotted pigments because of the decreased value and also because aesthetically I just did not like the look of the new-style jars. However, I got a sample of Museum Bronze and fell in love with it …Read more

I love this color! It's not my ideal "bronze" color but it's still gorgeous regardless! It has more of a gold tone than a bronze but I still like this for lining the eyes and for a bit in the outer corner for a smoky look. I wanted to post this review because even though it was limited edition it is now permanent at MAC PRO (along with Blonde's Gold which I purchased …Read more

Another beautiful, smooth MAC pigment. Richly pigmented, a pleasure to wear. This one could be duped with Urban Decay's Smog e/s in the Naked Palette, IMO. They are *very* similar in all aspects.

In my vast array of pigments (about 30!), Museum Bronze is hands down my favorite pigment. If I were on a desert island and could only choose one eyeshadow, this would be it. This is a wonderful brown bronze shimmer with a golden, patina sheen to it. The shimmer is smooth and buttery, not chunky at all. I love pairing it with Ricepaper eyeshadow in my inner corner, Brulee on the browbone …Read more

I love this pigment! It's my favourite MAC pigment of all time.

I bought this as a sample online and it came with a nice amount of product in a 5 gram jar. You only need a tiny amount of this product as a little goes a long way (like most pigments). It's a nice gold-brown colour that is rich and glides on smoothly.

Love, love, love this colour! Shows up great on my NC44 skin and is wonderfully shimmery.

It applies like butter and blends well. I especially love this pigment blended with Melon for a more gold-ish tone.

This is like the love child of MAC Bronze and Coco Motion.
- - -
Pros - shimmery. minimal fallout. although it's a warm shade it looks great on cool / warm toned users. easy to blend / smooth texture.
- - -
Cons - only released as limited edition.
- - -
Overall - this has become my go-to shade for the summer time. It's a rich gold bronze that it …

I thought this shade would be the one i used least but thats only because i have a full palette of neutrals/browns but i have to say this blows them all way! Its so very pretty & shimmery, warm but not too warm, its like a nice autumn day. If i could find it again i might even purchase the FS jar!
Although..the desc says taupe, but no way its a total golden bronze.

Can I say LOVE? I freaking love this pigment. I bought it off someone for $22 but saw this going for $14 in the Las Vegas Premium Outlet CCO (if you're looking for a bronzed brown- get it while you can). I'm a neutral type of girl so this is a must in my collection. The pigment has a gold sheen to it which looks very flattering on the lids. This is very versatile and can be mixed with …Read more
