    The liner is good from what I can tell when I've swatched my hand, but RRRRRR I am so mad at the "brown!" It's EXACTLY THE SAME as the black, except that the ink may be watered down a tiny bit....

    This eyeliner is packaged as a felt tip marker. The top closes really tight to prevent it from drying out. The liner goes on very opaque and smooth and the color lasts all day without fading....
