Lovely deep purple/indigo jelly polish base with microglitter and flakes. Nfu Oh know how to make a flakie polish -- like no. 51, no. 52 is absolutely incredible. I had to have it after seeing swatches, and while it is quite costly, I felt it's worth it. This colour goes on a bit transparent so it's not a one-coater alone, but you can achieve opacity with a few coats. This makes a gorgeous topcoat over blues, purples, blacks, and deep greens. I stare at my nails all the time when I have this one on! As others have noted, the polish is a bit runny and might take care to avoid mishaps when painting -- but it's worth a little extra trouble. Stunning.

Nfu.Oh sure do know how to do these flakie polishes well! Similar to #51, this contains duochrome green/blue flakies AND shimmer in a sheer blurple base. Looks great over dark blues - I wore it over OPI Yoga-ta Get This Blue and was smitten. A definite must-have.

This is the most gorgeous color I have ever seen. Even though it is supposed to be a nail polish itself, it works wonderfully as a top coat, giving an extra spark to your every day nail polish. You can also use it by itself with a couple of coats and it looks amazing too. The color itself leans towards green, yet it has blue and purple tones to it, depending on the light. This fantastic color has two downsides, that in the US (at least that I know) can only be purchased online and the price is not that cheap, but being such a lovely nail polish, I would buy it again!

This nail polish (#52) is really pretty if you like dark colored nail polish. I have it on with two coats of polish (with clear base- and top coat). The color is very beautiful. It's a mix of green, blue, teal... blue being the most prominent color. It has teal colored large flakes in it and fine shimmer. I will definitely try wearing it over a black nail polish since I hear it's really pretty layered over black. The only downside is that the nail polish is a bit runny when applying and I don't fancy the brush. The packaging is absolutely beautiful, definitely stands out in my nail polish collection. I'd probably repurchase, even though I am not a huge fan of the brush and the fact that it is somewhat runny when applying. continued >>

i'm wearing this polish right ow and its GORGEOUS!! I have it on with 2 coats of polish (just over a clear basecoat not black polish) and inside its a deep sorta bright purple with ligth blue/turquoise colored flakes in it. its really pretty indoors w/artifical light but when you're outside in nasturals light.. whoa baby the polish looks amazing!! the polish color is still a dark purple but a very neon-bright-dark purple and the blue/turquoise glitter flakes sparkle soo much in the sun and theres actually a ton of tiny little shimmers of the same blue/turquoise color all throughout the polish that show up a little inside but shimmer so beautifuly in the sunlight. I bought this polish for about $10 USD (including shipping and handeling) from fabuloustreet.com so it is pricy for nail polish by my standards but the polish is just gorgeous!! i would wear this all the time on my fingers or toes any season its so pretty!when applying, the nail polish is this but a little runny (possibly only runny because when i used it for the 1st time it was outdoors in the middle of the day in 90 degre weather?) but it goes on just fine. with one coat the polish is slightly translucent but you can barely see your nails through. with two coats its completely opaque and the purple looks darker than with just one caot. Both look very pretty! I'd say this price is a little bit much (especially for me whose a bit of a cheapscate) but this polish is definitely worth it!!

ceeRennycee's review is spot on! This amazing polish is one of my favorite colors ever, and it's a gorgeous blend of large flakes and fine shimmer. Green, blue, teal, like a storming sea that goes from roaring blue to calm green and turquoise. I love it over black! This is truly a must-have, I can never stop admiring my nails with #52 on. And the corset bottle, wow! Most beautiful design ever. The polish itself is very easy to paint with, not very thick so you have to beware of the big drops of polish flowing down the brush. Just be careful and you'll be allright!#52 alone:Over black: continued >>

This polish is absolutely amazing. In the bottle the base color seems to be a dark blue but when swatched on my nail I can see that the base is actually a dark purple. I think the difference comes in because there are so many different colors at work here that at one time or another they are all present. When layered over plain black it takes on more of an overall blue tone. Within the colored base there is green microglitter and iridescent flakes that flash between green, blue and teal depending on the light. It's very similar to NFU Oh #56 but that one leans more toward green overall and this one is more toward blue overall. I'd call the glitter and iridescence a mix of NYX's Las Vegas, Sinful's Show Me The Way and flashes of Nubar's Peacock Feathers with iridescent flakes like CND's Limelight. It's truly amazing. Although there are lots of flakes within the polish they are very thin so there's no trouble getting them to lay flat and they don't make the polish gritty like traditional glitter. Even without a topcoat you can run your finger over your nail and you probably wouldn't know they're there. The base color is saturated enough that you can wear it alone but it takes at least 3 or 4 coats to get it completely opaque. I generally like it better over a darker color so I always wear it over 1 coat of China Glaze Liquid Leather (although any black would do, really) to give it amazing depth without having to do a large number of coats.Unfortunately I can't say too many great things about the wear of 52. When I wore this I used my usual combination of products which is: 1 coat of SH Nail Quencher BC (which is chip-free with any other polish), 1 coat of ChG LL, 1 coat of 52, 1 coat of Revlon Colorstay TC and then a layer of SV. Usually that combination of BC/TC keeps any polish completely chip- and tipwear-free all day but not with the NFUs. I didn't experience any chipping but after a few hours I had noticeable tipwear. Since I only wear my polish for one day before changing this wasn't too much of an issue but it might be if I had to wear it for more than a day or so. However I'm willing to overlook it because the color is just stunning.I have bought several of these polishes and found the brand to be pretty expensive to those of us in the US. However at 17ml the bottle is bigger than OPI (but surprisingly smaller than China Glaze who has 19ml bottles) and coupled with the fact that this is a color like nothing I've ever seen, it makes the hefty pricetag completely worth it. I will repurchase again and again when I run out (which I know I will at some point). Here are a few pics of it layered over black. continued >>
