Khol Pencil in Midnite Blue

Sharpen it up and it's a pretty smooth application. I use this quite often... on the top lash line and just lightly on the lower lash line, but not all the way.. maybe 1/3 of the way. Blue goes...

A khol pencil that's not dry at all. It stays on all night. This is a dark blue, but not quite navy color. Very nice when used with the Carbon eyeshadow.
