This review is for the overnight treatment, can't say it's made much difference to my heels

This is a lightweight lotion more so than a cream that contains mineral oil, lactic acid, silicones and glycerin to soften and hydrate feet. Has a floral scent that I don't care for that lingers. I have moderately dry skin on my heels and found this to be an effective skin softener. As for the claims that it has "virtual pad technology to plump up your soles" that is just not going to happen. There is not enough dimethicone in this product to do provide a feeling of cushioning. Overall, it is a good product for gently exfoliating the feet.
