I love this cleanser and have recommended it to so many girls who now use it. Unfortunately it has been discontinued -sob-. This is a very gentle cleanser that gets every little bit of makeup off and can be used IN and around the eye area without any discomfort and doesn't leave my skin dry and tight afterwards. I'm not sure how it performs against waterproof mascara because I don't wear any but it does remove all my normal mascara and passes the white towel test! The best way to use this cleanser to remove makeup is to spread a full pump of product around in your hands and apply this directly to your skin. If I'm wearing eye makeup I'll go for the eyes first. Rub your eyelashes, get close to the lash line, scrub my brows if I do my brows that day then I open my eyes and check that I got everything. It doesn't hurt at all so I'll finish getting everything off with my eyes open. It looks weird because it looks like it's just spreading your eye makeup all over your face but just trust it. Then I'll go around the rest of my face to make sure everything is covered with cleanser. Halfway through cleansing I'll wet my hands and return to washing my face. If I'm feeling really inspired I'll go in with one of those little silicone face scrubbers because they feel cool but it's totally not a necessary step. Rinse everything off with warm water and I'm good to go and I can dry my face and eyes with my white towels and there's nothing on the towel after. I recently got the Glossier Milky Jelly Cleanser because my LRP cleanser is running out the ingredient list is VERY similar and it sounds like almost the same product. I haven't tried that one yet but it seems like a good plan B once I run out of this.
